She was born May 16, 1929 in Wall, a daughter of the late Charles Roy and Edith Mae (Miller) Whitaker and was also preceded in death by her husband Joseph F. Evans. Charlotte was a former cook for LaDonne Restaurant, North Huntingdon and was a member of Bible Baptist Church, Latrobe, the Theological Society of East McKeesport, and was a longtime volunteer for at the Grapeville VFD Gun Bash. She was a former active Girl Scout Leader while living in Illinois. She is survived by her children Faye D. Villa-James and her husband Ken of Cavittsville and Charles S. Evans and his wife Sandra Niehl of Turtle Creek; her grandchildren Kenneth (Vickie) James of Latrobe, Bethany A. James of Avalon David K. (Ashley) James of Greensburg Darlene F. (Chris) Fiasco of Monroeville, Alan Kunkle of Turtle Creek, and Anna (Aaron) Gabor also of Turtle Creek; her great grandchildren Michael C. and Matthew J. James of Latrobe, Autumn Gabor of Pitcairn Robert Kunkle of Washington state, Andrew Kunkle of New Kensington, Tyler Gabor of Pitcairn, and Brandon and Delana Gabor of Turtle Creek; and has been blessed with three great great grandchildren living in Washington state; siblings Robert A. Joseph Thomas “Tom” Orzulak, 67, of Lawrence, Kansas, died Aug. 6, 2018, at his home.

He was born July 14, 1951 in Pittsburgh, Pa., the son of Frank “Frosty” and Helen (Donnelly) Orzulak. Raised in Port Vue, PA, he was a 1969 graduate of South Allegheny High School and in 1974 earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Arts at California State College in California, Pa. He taught metal shop at Plum High School for 5 years and was a supervisor for PennDOT, Lovedale District, for a number of years. He was a proud member of the Port Vue Volunteer Fire Company.

After a move to Lawrence, Kansas, in 1985, Tom was the director of parking services at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, Kansas, before landing his dream job as Street Division Manager for the City of Lawrence for 23 years, retiring in 2013.

He married Patricia Smith on May 17, 1975 in Versailles, Pa. She survives at home.

His favorite pastime was enjoying adventures with his wife and grandchildren, especially involving travel. He was a mentor to many young men and was a member of the NRA. Klement E. Segina, 80, of West Mifflin died Wednesday, August 8, 2018 in Jefferson Regional Medical Center. Born in Duquesne, November 30, 1937, he was the son of the late Joseph S. and Irene A. (Polivka) Segina. Mr. Segina was a retired employee of the former U. S. Steel Corp., Duquesne Works, and the McKees Rocks Forging Company. He proudly served his country in the Pennsylvania Air National Guard. Beloved husband of the late Gloria (Stout) Segina, he is survived by three sons, Gregory (Lisa) Segina, Michael (Kathy) Segina, and Jason (Heather) Segina, a brother, Joseph (Nancy) Segina; eight grandchildren, Katie Bisuti, Felicia Saket, Dillon Boggs, Emily Saxon, Connor Segina, Tyler Axon, Gunner Segina, and Ares Segina; and one great grandson, Braden Bisuti.

Delbert “Pav” Ivan Pavlick, 90, of Clairton, passed away at home on Wednesday, August 8, 2018.  He was born March 29, 1928 in Duquesne to the late Samuel and Mary Hollish Pavlick.  Delbert was a loving husband for 43 years to the late Edith A. Azzari Pavlick.  He is survived, and will be greatly missed, by his adoring daughters, Valerie Pavlick-Gnazzo of Clairton, Adrianne (Curtis) Pavlick-Miller also of Clairton, Michele (Claude) Sims of Port Vue; grandchildren, Zachary, Athena (Nathan), Jared, Xavier, Lennox (Garrett), Santeaun, Hunter; and brother, Samuel (Mabel) Pavlick of Florida; nieces and nephews.  Along with his parents and wife, Delbert was preceded in death by granddaughter, BreAnne; and sisters, Margaret Pearson & Ethel Pavlick. He was a proud veteran having served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict. Delbert was a member of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church in Duquesne, was employed by the US postal service for 56 years, was an avid golfer, enjoyed softball, bowling, played football in the army while he was stationed in Japan, and was the basketball coach at St. Clare of Assisi for 37 years. In 2005, he won “PA’s Outstanding Older Worker” award which is a prestigious national award given to elder workers (only 1 per state) to acknowledge their years in the workforce. He was a proud and loving man who would help anybody at any time, especially his family.  Visitation will take place Friday August 10, 2018 from 3 – 9 pm at S. M. FINNEY FUNERAL HOME, 432 N. 6th Street, Clairton,  PA  15025. Robert S. "Rob" McKinley, age 46, of Pittsburgh and Bedford PA, unexpectedly passed away on his farm on August 6, 2018. He was born December 1971 in Reading PA, son of Judy (Jenny) McKinley and the late Robert “Bob” McKinley, grandson of Goldie and the late Walter “Bud” McKinley, and the late Jack and Mary Rose Jenny. He graduated from Norwin Senior High School in the class of ’90. While attending various colleges, he was making a name for himself as a young entrepreneur, having ran and/or owned multiple businesses by his 30’s. Most recently, Rob was working at Hydro Extrusions North America as a Senior Business Analyst. He was a member of the Bedford Elks, and a supporter of the Bedford PA Humane Society. He enjoyed traveling, hunting, fishing, collecting antique furniture, and driving fast cars. He was a caring, outgoing, and energetic man who was loved by many and will be missed by all. Rob is survived by his wife and partner of 23 years, Allison White-McKinley; his mother Judy McKinley; his sisters, Heather Grove and her husband, Don Grove, of Johnson City, TN, Kathleen McKinley and her partner, Nathan Botti, of Herminie, PA, and his brother Patrick “Butch” McKinley and fiancé Patricia Schuler of Dormont, PA; six beloved nieces and nephews; and his loving dog, Daisy.

Gloria J. (Ferry) Pecora, 95, of Boston, died Tuesday, August 7, 2018 at home. She was born May 17, 1923 in Boston and was the daughter of the late Nicholas and Louise (Castine) Ferry. She was the wife of the late Samuel A. Pecora, Jr. who died September 29, 2016. They were married for 74 1/2 years. Gloria was a member of St. Patrick Parish in Christy Park where she also served as Eucharistic Minister, Usher, Lector, Ladies of Charity and Christian Mothers. She had worked for Union Cleaner's in Elizabeth Township for 15 years and was a volunteer at McKeesport Hospital for 21 years. Gloria is survived by her sisters, Lucille Angotti of Jefferson Hills and Estelle Beresford of Harrison City, 6 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Raymond “Tut” Marcelleous Tuttle, 74, of Port Vue, passed away Tuesday, August 7, 2018 at VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System.  He was born February 23, 1944 in McKeesport to the late William M. and Hilda Evans Tuttle.   Raymond is survived by ex-wife and friend Karen Tuttle; daughter, Kelly Tuttle of West Mifflin; son, Raymond Tuttle Jr. of St. Louis, MO; grandchildren, Kristy Lee Hall of West Mifflin, Anthony R. Hall of Glassport, Timothy Hall of Somerset; great-grandchildren, Angelina, Aliyah, Kaylee and Mason.  Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by sister, Jean Klemm; brothers, William, Donald & James Tuttle; and beloved dog, Sheba.  Raymond served in the US Army and was stationed in Germany.  He enjoyed camping, fishing, cars, gardening, going to flea markets and was an avid animal lover.  Visitation will take place Thursday, August 9, 2018 from 4 – 8 pm at I. He was born in Jeannette and was the son of George R. and Patricia Ann Bodnar Nuttall of McKeesport. Michael worked as a carpet cleaner and maintenance for Mark of Excellence. He was a die-hard Steelers fan, who had a Steelers museum. He enjoyed working on and fixing cars in his spare time. He would do anything for anyone and never expected anything in return. Michael prided himself in being a provider and his family always came first.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife of 23 years, Beth Ann (Forsythe) Nuttall, two sons, Mike J. (Fiancée, Kayla) Nuttall, and Shane M. Nuttall, both of Sutersville, granddaughter, Annabella Nuttall, brother George Nuttall of McKeesport, sisters, Janet Nuttall of Monroeville and Helen Nuttall of North Versailles, father-in-law, Glen Forsythe of McKeesport, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and his dogs, Jojo and Jade and the late Bruno.
