By Teichart-Gracan Funeral Home | Posted in: Teichart-Gracan Funeral Home

Jennifer Lynn Hopper, age 47, of Kingwood, Texas passed away unexpectedly on Friday, March 15, 2024. She was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on February 2, 1977, to Ronald and Arlene Burger.
Jen graduated from East Allegheny High School and received a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Pittsburgh.
She was married to her high school sweetheart, Steve Hopper, for over 23 years. A mother of four, blessed by God, she embraced being the ultimate boy mom and was a cherished friend to everyone she met. Every birthday, every holiday was filled with celebration and happiness because she always wanted the very best for her family. Her boys, Colton, Connor, Collin and Cordan, were her greatest achievements and the joys of her life. Her support for Steve was unwavering.
Jen loved reading, gardening, working in the yard and just being outside. She enjoyed shopping with her mom and talking with friends and family on the phone, especially her Gram Smith. Vacations with her family and her parents were always a highlight. But, watching the boys play baseball, soccer, golf or just anything they were involved in was her favorite thing! She loved posting photos of the boys fishing with their Grandpap. There are no words to describe what a devoted mother Jen was to her boys.
She was the best wife, mother, and daughter anyone could ask for, a supportive and loving sister to Matt Burger (wife Shawna), caring sister-in-law to Eric (wife Melanie), Bryan (wife Barb), and Michael Hopper (wife Melissa), thoughtful and loving aunt to all her nieces and nephews, heartfelt daughter-in-law to Larry and Elaine Hopper, and a warmhearted granddaughter, niece, and cousin. She is adored by her family.
Jen’s friends were so very important to her. She treasured every one of them and loved them with all her heart. Jen was a compassionate neighbor to those around her.
Jennifer Lynn Hopper is survived by husband Steve Hopper, her sons Colton, Connor, Collin and Cordan, her brother, Matthew Burger, and her parents Ronald and Arlene Burger.
Her spirit lives within us and she will be in our hearts forever! Jen is truly unforgettable.
