Jill Leon Contreras, 47 of Murfreesboro, Tennessee and formerly of Little Boston passed away on Monday, March 24, 2025 surrounded by her family. Jill was born in McKeesport on June 30, 1977 and was a 1995 graduate of Elizabeth Forward High School. She was the daughter of Stan and Maryann Vitale of Little Boston and is survived by a son, Jordan Davis, of Murfreesboro, a daughter, Ashley Brownfield, of McKeesport, a daughter, Spc Alexis Davis (Jacob), of Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, Texas, and grandson , Isaac Fayson, the light of her life. She also leaves behind brother in-law, William Eckels, nieces, Marisa and Abbey Eckels, aunts, uncles, cousins, and her ex-husband, Manny, who maintained a big presence in her life. Jill was preceded in death by her sisters, Denise Eckels and Kelley Vitale. Private burial will be held in St. Mary's German Cemetery, McKeesport.

Mary Catherine Marvin, age 84 of Monroeville and formerly of Dravosburg, passed away peacefully in Forbe's Regional Hospital Tuesday morning April 1, 2025 following a series of health related setbacks over the past several months.
Mary was married for 61 years to the late John Marvin Sr. whose death preceded her in early 2022.
She was born on April 23rd 1940 to the late Charles Wilson Sr and his wife Catherine in Oakmont Pennsylvania.
Mary is survived by her two children John Marvin Jr. of Hopewell Township and Beth Ann Leidemann of Brentwood. A grandson Derek (Kattiana) Leidemann of Hampton Township and a great grand daughter Kathalena Leidemann also of Hampton Township.
She is survived by a sister Donna Wieand of Hagerstown Maryland, a brother John (Dixie) Wilson of West Mifflin, and Brother-in-law Melvin Aber of Turtle Creek.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Charles (Shirley) Wilson Jr and sister Lynn Dee Aber.
Mary enjoyed reading and studying the bible with a nice hot cup of coffee. She had a deep love for our Creator and spent many hours watching Christian television. Over the years she assembled a small collection of porcelain pieces and jewelry that featured various crosses, angels, and historic biblical figures. Every Christmas season she would unpack one of her Nativity scenes and set it up. While raising her family during the summer months John & Mary would go camping, and attend the local Carpenters Union picnic held at Westview Park each year. Mary retired from JCPenney's hair salon where she was the head receptionist for many years.
Family and Friends were received Tuesday April 8th 2025 from 2 pm to 6 pm

Cecile Lenhart Tirpak, age 88, of Smyrna, DE and formerly of the Haler Heights section of McKeesport.
She passed away on Saturday morning on April 12, 2025 at her home.
Daughter of the late John Lenhart, Jr and the late Mary Minda. Spouse of 62 years to the late Vincent Tirpak,
devoted mother of Vince Little-Tirpak (Richard) and Christine Potocki (the late Timothy); 5 Grandchildren and 9 Great Grandchildren;
Sister of the late James Lenhart, nieces and nephews.
She retired from the University of Pitt as an Executive Assistant.
Cecile was a CCD/Sunday School Teacher and member of the Christian Mothers of the former Holy Trinity Church,
which became St. Martin de Porres Parish, which became the current Mother of God Parish-St. Angela Merici Church.
And of course Girl Scout and then Girl Scout Leader.

Karen R Weaver Pack, age 78 of Mckeesport, passed away with her family by her side on Dec 26th 2024. She was married for 58 years to Walter (Sonny) Pack Jr, who passed away on April 27th of this year. She was born on Nov 7 th, 1946 to the late Winfield and Anne (Mihelega)Weaver of Versailles, Pa. Karen was the most loving, caring, genuine, and selfless person who would do anything for anyone she could. Her children and grandchildren were her life, spending time with them, supporting them, but most of all loving them beyond measure. She and Sonny enjoyed 50+ years of camping together, going to Cracker Barrel, which was her favorite restaurant, watching their game shows, and even going to the grocery store to share the duties of shopping. Karen always loved “chasing” the firetrucks when she was out and about if she heard sirens, loved listening to her scanner to see what was going on in the world, watching her cop shows as well as taking rides to Ligonier, Ohio to visit family and going to Amish Country.
