Winifred Anglum Clay, 89, of Versailles, died Thursday, August  23, 2018. She was born August 1, 1929 in McKeesport and was the daughter of the late Howard and Winifred (Anglum) Carnahan. She was the wife of the late Raymond D. Clay who died April 10, 2015. She was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church and had previously worked for White Oak Heating and Cooling and the former Samuel's Shoes in McKeesport. She is survived by her son, Gary Edward (Diane) Clay of Elkins, WV, daughter, Janet Rae  (Donald) Algeri and granddaughter, Samantha Rae Algeri of Elizabeth Township, sister, Eleanor Dennison of North Huntingdon, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Mary Howell and brother, Clifford Carnahan. Friends are welcome Sunday, August  26, 2018 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm  at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township. (412) 751-5000 Drew J.
