Susan E. (Jackson) Miller, 54, of North Huntingdon, died Saturday, June 20, 2020 at home. She was born June 4, 1966 in Wilmerding, the daughter of the late Earl and Claudette (Livesey) Jackson. Susan was self-employed owning Miller’s Above & Beyond Cleaning Service. She was a 1984 graduate of Norwin High School and attended Clarion University. She was a member of the Penn’s Woods Civic Center and loved to cook. She loved her family and her home. They were her world.

Elijah Chapman, Jr., 69, son of the late Elijah and Martha (Woodard) Chapman Sr., was born on February 14, 1951 in McKeesport, PA. “Slick” as he was affectionately known, passed away on June 18, 2020. He was also preceded in death by his siblings Leola Edwards, Gail Sanders, Sandra Harvey Leonard, Clarence, and William Chapman,
Elijah, a graduate of Clairton High School, worked for ABM Maintenance for many years. He was an avid Chess player. He also loved sports, especially basketball and football.
Elijah is survived by his three sisters, Shirley Sanders, Evelyn Stoutamire, Karen Chapman, all of Clairton, PA; two brothers, Claude Chapman of North Versailles, PA, Barry Chapman of Clairton, PA; aunt, Francis Fontain; uncles, Calvin (Sally) Woodard), Robert (Francis) Woodard of Eastover, SC; special friend, Marva Simmons; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

"Buck" Barnes who passed away November 27, 1995. She was a member of Central Highlands Community United Methodist Church and was retired from McKeesport Hospital.

Anthony "Sonny" L. Wiatrowski, 81, of West Mifflin, died June 20, 2020. He is the son of the late Antoni and Minnie (Lasczynski) Wiatrowski and husband of the late Mary Jane (Ashbaugh) Wiatrowski. Sonny is survived by daughters Diane (Robert) Speck of Valencia and Laura (John) Waugaman of West Mifflin; grandchildren Katelyn (Sean) Angelo, Brianna Speck and Elizabeth Waugaman; great-grandchildren Sophia and Logan Angelo; and was preceded in death by his brother Donald Wiatrowski. Sonny was a retired property controller for Bechtel Bettis in West Mifflin; a member of Christ the Light of the World Parish; Holy Name Men's Club and served in the US Army. Arlene C. DeRubbo, 79, of North Huntingdon, passed away Monday, June 22, 2020 at home. She was born August 13, 1940, a daughter of the late John and Mary (Pavlic) Hreha. Prior to her retirement, Arlene was a hematologist for various hospitals and Partners In Health. She was a member of St. Agnes Parish and worked in the St. Agnes School cafeteria. She enjoyed ceramics, cooking and spending time with her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Robert Hreha. She is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Louis A. Myrna Gail Martin, 83, of North Huntingdon, passed away Sunday, June 21, 2020 at her home. She was born August 28, 1936 in Mutual, Pa., a daughter of the late Harry and Louise (Stape) Hixson. Prior to her retirement, Myrna was a registered nurse for Monsour Hospital and a member of the First United Church of Christ, Greensburg. She enjoyed doing needlepoint and sewing. Mary L. Fierst, age 95, of East McKeesport, passed away Saturday June 20, 2020. She was born January 14, 1925 in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late Elmer and Alice Fierst. She was a long time member of Mary Mother of God Parish (formerly St Robert Bellarmine) in East McKeesport.
She worked as a secretary for Crum and Forster Insurance in Pittsburgh for many years before retiring. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers John and Regis Fierst; and sisters Dorothy Purcell and Ann Redman. She is survived by her niece Nora Lukac of East McKeesport; great niece Sharon Coutaway of East McKeesport; great-great niece Kara (Justin) Goodfellow and their children Alexandra and Justin.

Edward A. Semenko, 83, of Greensburg, passed away Saturday, June 20, 2020. He was born June 10, 1937 in McKeesport, the son of the late Frank E. and Bertha (Skiba) Semenko. He was an Army veteran that had served six years, and was retired from Westinghouse Electric Corporation, East Pittsburgh.
Throughout his life Edward enjoyed waterskiing, fishing, hunting, camping, and boating with his family and friends. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister Carol Bury.
Edward is survived by his wife Cheryl (Helderlein) Semenko; his children Michele (Joe) Avolio of Ligonier, Thelma (Walter) Ponitz of Hermine, Dawn Semenko of Florida, and Carla (Rob) Payer of Greensburg; grandchildren Ashley, Scott, Katie, Christopher, Hannah, and Danielle; sister Patricia Laney of DE; and nieces and nephews.
