Born in Alabama, he was the son of the late Thomas and Theodore (Ray) Frazier. He worked as a stock clerk for Burlington Coat Factory and was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church of the Deaf in Wilkinsburg.

He is the father of Cheryl Frazier of Alabama and the late Frank Frazier Jr. and is the uncle of Angela Trivers of Inglewood, CA, Patricia Palmore of Birmingham, AL and Tyese Frazier of Birmingham, AL. He was predeceased by his siblings, Gladys F. Trivers, Tom Frazier Jr., Wilbert "Jack" Frazier, Melvin Hayes.

There is no visitation or services scheduled currently. Burial will take place in the McKeesport-Versailles Cemetery.
