Donald G. Young, 68, was born on August 4, 1951 to Rocinlus and Bertha Lee Young in Elizabeth, PA. He passed away on February 7, 2020 and was preceded in death by his parents.

He attended school at George Washington. Donald worked at USS Irvin Works as a forklift driver for many years. He married Sandra at Zion Baptist Church in McKeesport. To this union. Donald and Sandra lived in McKeesport, Pennsylvania.

Donald is survived by his loving spouse Sandra children Mike Young, Ondre Young and Colleen Thomas; ten grandchildren; one great grandchild; sisters, Barbara Ann Lawrence, Debra Young, Renee Davis, Denise Whatley and Phyllis Bryant; brothers; Charles Young and Robert Young.

Marlene Belland Johnson, 74, passed away peacefully on February 12, 2020 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center with her loving daughter, Monique by her side. Marlene was born on July 18, 1945 to the late James Belland and Rose Sallie in McKenzie, Alabama. She was also preceded in death by her son, Anthony Darrell Belland, brothers, James "Slim" Belland, Elbert Belland, Claudie Belland and William Sallie, sister, Ethel May Bargainer.

As a young girl Marlene would travel from Detroit to Clairton frequently to spend time with her family.  Marlene attended and graduated from Northwestern High School in Detroit Michigan. When Marlene moved back to Pa permanently, she began working in the battery production at US Steel and was employed as a CNA for Jefferson Hills Manor. Marlene married Wallace Johnson in 1990. She was a member of Mt. Olive First Baptist Church.

Goehring, 87 of North Huntingdon passed away February 14, 2020,  He was born August 16,1932 in Washington PA, a son of the late Walter and Florence Dewey Goehring.  Prior to retirement Robert was a Mechanical Engineer for U.S. Steel.  He was a U.S. Army Veteran, a member of the NRA, National Wild Turkey Federation and the Jeannette Masonic Lodge #750 F.&A.M. of Pennsylvania.  He was a avid hunter and enjoyed fishing.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his son Ricky and brother Donald.  He is survived by his wife of 60 years Norma King Goehring, son Randy and his wife Mary. Nikki A. Talovich Marcase, 73, of Elizabeth Township, formerly of Clairton for 35 years, passed away on Friday February 14, 2020 at the Mount Vernon Nursing Home. She was born in Allegheny County on June 12, 1946 to the late Nicholas and Mary Talovich. Nikki was the loving wife of 32 years to the late Russell Marcase. She is survived by her son Michael T. (Nancy) Dowden of Elizabeth and daughter Cathy (Craig) Oskin of Munhall. She is also survived by her 3 grandchildren Justin Dowden of Cincinnati Ohio, Jessie Dowden of Greensburg and Trixie May Mahayag of Philadelphia Pa. Nikki was an R.N at Jefferson memorial as well as UPMC Presby where she loved to serve the patients she so deeply cared for. She was a member of Pine Run Methodist Church and enjoyed Gardening, arts and crafts, knitting, and dogs and cats as well as bird watching. Family and friends will be received on Monday February 17, 2020 from 5-7pm, with service taking place at 7pm at S.M. FINNEY FUNERAL HOME, 432 N. 6th St, Clairton, PA 15025. He was retired from Westinghouse Electric as a draftsman and was employed in the LRA division of the E. Pittsburgh plant working with Nuclear Generators. He was a member of the McKeesport Regional History and Heritage Center. The Western PA Conservancy, and Mary, Mother of God Parish (formerly St. Pius Church). He was a Sergeant in the Army Occupational Force in Japan.

Irene (Iski) “Galiyas” Kovalyak

Irene T. Kovalyak age 92, of West Mifflin died Friday, February 14, 2020 surrounded by her loving family and caregiver.  She was preceded in death by her first husband of 8 years, Mitchell Galiyas, and her second husband of 58 years George S. Kovalyak.  Born September 27, 1927 in New Alexandria, PA, she was the daughter of the late Andy and Irene (Kertes) Iski.  Irene is survived by her sons Mitch (Mary Jo) Galiyas of Kennedy Township, and George Kovalyak of West Mifflin and daughter Terri Michell (Kovalyak) of Bethel Park. She is also survived by her 6 grandchildren Juliana (Mike) Carr of Robinson Township, Nathan (Amanda) Galiyas of Robinson Township, Father Zachary Galiyas of Kennedy Township, Moira (Mark) Cheeseman of Robinson Township, Kody Kovalyak of West Mifflin, and Lauren Michell of Bethel Park. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren; Michael and Roman Carr, as well as Whitney and Gavin Galiyas. She is survived by her 3 sisters, Joan Beckowitz of Conway S.C, Betty Anitori of Liberty Boro and Rose Zilich of Canonsburg. She was preceded in death by her two sisters, Mary Bestwick and Ann Tomaino. Also preceded in death by her 5 brothers, Andy, Gabe, Frankie, Chuck and Joe. Irene was a lifelong domestic engineer who enjoyed cooking, baking and cleaning. One of her favorite things to do was having family get togethers surrounded by the people she loved the most. She was also a proud lifelong and cherished member of the Dravosburg United Methodist Church. The family would like to thank O.S.P.T.A Home Care and Hospice staff as well as the many wonderful care givers and neighbors who kept Irene comfortable at home. Family and friends will be received on Sunday February 16, 2020 from 2pm to 8pm at I.M FINNEY FUNERAL HOME, 203 4th St, Dravosburg, PA 15034. A final farewell will be held Monday at 9:30am at I.M FINNEY FUNERAL HOME, 203 4th St, Dravosburg, PA 15034 before proceeding to the chapel. A service will take place on Monday February 17, 2020 at 10:30am at the Dravosburg United Methodist Church, 109 Maple Ave, Dravosburg, PA 15034 followed by interment at McKeesport Versailles Cemetery. Christine (Mularski) Hampe Sikoski, age 90 of Port Vue, passed away on Thursday, February 13, 2020 in Mt. Vernon of Elizabeth.  Born August 28, 1929 in Glassport, she was a daughter of the late Zygmunt and Estelle (Kwiatkowski) Mularski.  Christine was a member of St. Mark's Parish in Liberty Borough and worked as a manager at John's Bargain Stores around the Mon Valley, at the former Jaison's of McKeesport, and as a school bus driver for Earl Williams and Sons.  In her spare time, she was an avid bowler, card player, and taught aerobics for the Glassport Seniors.  Besides her parents, Christine was preceded in death by her first husband Jack Hampe, her second husband Richard A. Sikoski, her sons Albert and Jeffrey Hampe; and her brothers Anthony, Ernest, and Regis Mularski.  She is survived by her daughters Linda (Brian) Fox of Casa Grande, AZ and Judith (Kevin) McGinn of Elizabeth Twp.; her grandchildren Roxanne and Bryce Fox and Melissa (Sean Snyder) Ryan; her great-grandchildren Brandon and Jordan Slachta; her great-great-grandchildren Addison and Adam Slachta; her sisters Phyllis Carrick and Grace Vargo; and also nieces and nephews.

Daniel "Danilo" Petrovich, 88, of Duquesne, Fell asleep in the Lord on Saturday, February 8, 2020 at home. Born on March 24, 1931, in Duquesne, he was the son of the late Simo and Marija (Santek) Petrovich.

He was a member of St Sava Serbian Orthodox Church in McKeesport and a retired employee of U.S. Steel Corporation, Duquesne Works.

Beloved husband of the late Martha (Urban) Petrovich, he is survived by two daughters, Linda (Wayne) Newmyer and Helen (Joseph) DeCaria both of West Mifflin, a brother Sam Petrovich of Duquesne, two sisters, Violet Petrovich and Sophie Petrovich both of Duquesne, a sister-in-law, Takeko Petrovich of California, three grandchildren, Lisa Riles of North Huntingdon, Jason (Jennean) Newmyer of North Huntingdon, and SPC Daniel DeCaria of Ft. Campbell, Kentucky, five great grandchildren, Nathan, Noah, and Carter Newmyer and Jacob and Kenley Riles, a niece, Dianne (Tim) Bristol, two nephews, Michael (Eleanor) Petrovich, and Rick Petrovich and two great nephews, Nicklos and Zachary.
