Francine Hymes, age 76, of North Versailles, died May 12, 2021, at home.  Born February 28, 1945, in Washington D.C., she was the daughter of the late Vivian Jackson and wife of the late Larry Hymes.  Francine worked as an RN and was a foster parent for many years.  She even received an award from the Red Cross for her dedication to the children.  She was a loving Christian woman who loved the Lord and attended the Harty Bible School for many years.  She is survived by children; Milton Gay, Eva "Michelle" Taylor, and Tenisha Hymes; ten grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; sister Joann Jackson and brother Mitchell Jackson.  She was also preceded in death by sister Eva Jackson.

Arrangements were entrusted to Willig Funeral Home & Crematory.

William F. Wahrenberger

William F. Wahrenberger, age 86, of Port Vue, died May 15, 2021, at home. Born January 30, 1935, in McKeesport, he was the son of the late William and Laura (Davis) Wahrenberger and the husband of Anna Mae "Annie" (Conley) Wahrenberger for over 63 years.

Bill retired from General Motors Corporation, Fisher Body Division, where he was an electrician with over 30 years of service. He was a US Marine Corps veteran serving during peacetime.

Bill was also a member of the Port Vue United Methodist Church. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing, bowling, reading, and crossword puzzles. Bill's greatest joy was the time he shared at his family camp in Tidioute, PA, over the last 50 years.

Mildred (Boruch) 0tlano, 93, of West Mifflin, died peacefully Monday, May 17, 2021, in UPMC Heritage Place, Pittsburgh. Born June 26, 1927, in Braddock, she was the daughter of the Late Joseph and Martha (Walendziewicz) Boruch. Mrs. Otlano was a member of St. Thomas The Apostle Parish, Resurrection Church, West Mifflin. Beloved Wife of the Late John Otlano. She is survived by two sons, John Jr. and Mark , a daughter, Linda , sixteen grandchildren, twenty-two great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, she was also preceded in death by two daughters, Martha and Antionette , three brothers, Joseph, Michael and Raymond Boruch, and two sisters, Florence A. Boruch and Agnes Guzewicz .

Family and friends will be received on Thursday, May 20, 2021, from 4-8pm in the William S. Skovranko Memorial Home Inc., 828 Richford St., Duquesne. A Blessing in the Memorial Home on Friday, May 21, 2021, at 9:30am will be followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in Resurrection Church with Rev. Nicholas Mastrangelo as celebrant. Burial will follow in All aints Catholic Cemetery, Braddock Hills.

Jerome William Brudy, age 53, of Port Vue, went to be an angel to serve the Lord on Tuesday, May 18, 2021.  He was born in McKees Rocks on August 30, 1967 and is the son of the late Earl and Jean Gongloff Brudy.  He was self-employed for years selling recordings of hockey fights to fellow fans.  He then worked at Giant Eagle in Pittsburgh.  He was a boxer in the McKees Rocks Boxing league in 1983.  He enjoyed listening to soft rock, pop music, and rock.  He loved spending time with his wife, caregiver and best friend, Heidi, and his furry companion, Rosie Ann.

He was the husband of the late Dorothy Marie (Moonis) Vay who passed away November 10, 2009. Nick was a member of Saints Joachim and Anne Parish - St. Eugene Church in Liberty Boro and was retired from the Carpenter Department of US Steel Clairton Works. He was a former Police Chief, Policeman, Mayor, Fire Chief, Road Crew Supervisor and Council member for Lincoln Boro. He loved taking care of the land and farming.

Julie was a former hairdresser and dog bather and she decorated sweaters. She was the wife of David H. Schweitzer for 45 years; mother of Janna (Casey Zychowicz) Schweitzer of Aliquippa; sister of Patricia (late Richard) Cirucci of Mt. Lebanon and Helene (Drew) Schaming of Port Vue; aunt of Stacey (Grant) Bartko of Elizabeth. She is also survived by two great nephews. There is no visitation or service. Mark Todd “Country” Wintermyer, 54 of Clairton, passed away on Saturday May 15, 2021. He was born in McKeesport on July 15, 1966 to Edward Paul Wintermyer, Sr. and the late Victoria Hope Anderson Barna. He is survived by his children Amanda of Mississippi and Micah Wintermyer of Jasper, Alabama as well as his 2 grandchildren. He is also survived by his brothers Edward Jr. of Clairton and Thomas (Ronda) Wintermyer of Glassport and his father Edward Paul Wintermyer, Sr. Mark was preceded in death by his mother Victoria Hope Anderson Barna. He enjoyed watching football and was an enthusiastic Steelers fan. Above all, he treasured spending time with his children.  Arrangements have been entrusted to S.M.
