Anna Ruth (A. Ruth) Minto, age 90 of North Huntingdon, formerly of Saltsburg, passed away on November 26, 2025, at her daughter's home. She was born on November 1, 1935, in Loyalhanna Township, a daughter of the late Boyd and Esther Helgert Kelly. Ruth was a member of Norwin Alliance Church, and also the Eastern Star in Irwin. She belonged to the American Legion Auxiliary Post 57 in Saltsburg, and she was a past Department President of the Pennsylvania American Legion. Prior to her retirement, she was employed as a driver with Air Ride Company. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, reading and gardening. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 6 brothers, James, Charles, John, Robert, Richard and Donald Kelly, three sisters, Barbara Jean Harkleroad, Arlene Wimberly, and Kathy Gelmi. She is survived by one son, Mark Gould (Beverly), two daughters, Lori Deliman (Michael), and Tracy Ankney (Joel), two brothers, Thomas and Jerry Kelly, two sisters, Irene Bell and Janet Irwin, grandchildren Justin Ankney (Michelle), Rachel Ankney, Curtis Vanhorn, Josh Deliman (Katie), Colleen Ellig (Josh), Katie Fournier (Josh), David Gould (Ally). 15 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the JAMES W. SHIRLEY FUNERAL HOME, 176 Clay Pike, North Huntingdon, on Sunday from 3 to 8 PM.  A funeral service will be held on Monday in the funeral home chapel at 11 AM. Interment will be private in Twin Valley Cemetery.  Ruth’s family would like to extend their gratitude to the caretakers at Allegheny Health Network Hospice.  Contributions may be given in Anna's name to the Westmoreland County Food Bank. www.shirleyfuneralhome.com
