Anna (Carullo) Morelli, 80, of Duquesne, died peacefully Monday April 10, 2017 at home. Born April 26, 1936, in Stefanaconi, Italy, she was the daughter of the late Domenico and Annunziata (Barbuto) Carullo. Mrs. Morelli was a faithful member of Christ the Light of the World Parish, Duquesne. Anna was the beloved wife of the late Domenick Morelli, she is survived by her loving children, Nicholas (Deborah) Morelli of North Fayette, Robert Morelli of Commack, NY, Nancy (William) Harrington of Robinson Twp., and John (Kimberly) Morelli of Apollo; two brothers, Pasquale and Joseph Carullo; and five grandchildren, Jessica, Nicholas and Matthew Morelli, and Alysa and Michael Harrington.

Martha M. (Yuhos) Samudovsky, 87, of Duquesne, died Saturday, March 25, 2017 at Family Hospice, from breast cancer that could not undergo continued treatment in the aftermath of a hospital spleen injury. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Francis R. Samudovsky. Born Feb. 19, 1930 in Duquesne, she was the beloved daughter of the late Mary (Latzy) and John Yuhos of West Mifflin's Homeville section; and a sister of the late Wilma (Yuhos) Clarick. Martha worked as head cashier at Househould Finance and retired as a medical secretary at Montefiore Hospital.

Knapp. Mrs. Knapp was a member of Christ the Light of the World Parish, Duquesne, a former member of court 871, Catholic Daughters of America, Holy Name Women's Guild, former treasurer of the Prince Humbert Club, Promoter of the Association of the Miraculous Medal, the Sacred Heart Club and a co founder of the Merry Maidens Card Club.

Anna Mae (Jean) Stephan, passed peacefully on December 20, 2016. She was predeceased by her parents, Andrew J. and Anna (Mraz) Brenzie, and her husband Bob Stephan. Jean is survived by her daughter Jenean (David) Sustarsic, son B.J. (Andi) Stephan, and grandchildren Pete, Sydney, Aria, and Max. Jean loved the outdoors, walking, and spending time with her friends and family. She worked at Firth Stirling in McKeesport before raising her family, and finished her career at the Pittsburgh Blind Association, before serving as the President of the SS. Peter & Paul Ladies Guild in Duquesne, PA. A private service is being held at Skovranko’s before being laid to rest at St. Joseph’s Cemetery in North Versailles, PA.

After completing his life of service to God, his family, community and country, Bill Adams, 92, a lifelong resident of Duquesne, PA passed from this life to everlasting life on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 surrounded by his family. Bill’s legacy as a servant of the Lord is far-reaching. At the early age of 19, he served his country in the Army earning five battle stars in the European Theatre during WWII. He began his community service as a police officer for the City of Duquesne. Following his retirement, he worked as a homicide detective for Allegheny County. Bill was later employed as a security guard of the Frick Art Museum in Pittsburgh.
