William "Bill" Edward Badstibner, Jr., 73, of Versailles, died Thursday, December 7, 2017. He was born February 18, 1944 in McKeesport and was the son of the late William E. Badstibner Sr. and the late Vera Leffard Badstibner. He was retired from the McKeesport Connecting Railroad and was a US Navy Veteran. Bill was a member of the former Versailles American Post 939. He is survived by his wife, Karen L. Burnheimer Badstibner, sons, William Jon (Bonnie) Badstibner of Pittsburgh and Rob (Lisa) Badstibner of Germantown, MD, daughter, Laura (Mike) Jones of White Oak, sisters, Linda (Michael) DeBarbieris of Kenner, LA, and Ethel Nash of McKeesport, grandchildren, Kenny, Brenden, Michael, Lyndsey, Landon, Gavin, Samantha and Paige, nieces and nephews.

Harry “Rich” Richard Stromeyer, 70, of Glassport passed away peacefully Friday, December 8, 2017 at Jefferson Regional Hospital. He was born February 7, 1947 in Mingo Junction, Ohio to the late Carl and Ruth Bickerstaff Stromeyer. Rich is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Aileen Elkovitz Stromeyer; sons, Charles & Joseph Stromeyer both of Ohio; daughter Katherine Martin, also of Ohio; stepdaughters, Amber (Dave) Radaker and Brooke Ladisic both of Glassport; grandchildren, Bella, Zach, Jacob; sister, Elsie Petrella of Mingo Junction, OH; many nieces and nephews. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by brother, Robert Stromeyer; sister, JoAnn Pettibon; and niece Tracy Petrella. Rich was retired from Forbes Regional Hospital, served in the US Navy for 4 years, was a deck hand on a tugboat, managed the Showboat Lounge in Glassport for 9 years, was a member of the VFW in Steubenville, OH and a member of American Legion Post 380 in Dravosburg. Family and friends will be received Monday, December 11, 2017 from 4 – 8 pm at E. C. FINNEY FUNERAL HOME, 235 Monongahela Avenue, Glassport, PA 15045. A service will take place at the funeral home immediately following visitation. Inurnment will be private at National Cemeteries of the Alleghenies. Orendt; son Martin (Debra) Orendt of Harrison City; granddaughter Mackenzie Sara Orendt; sister Barbara Rose of Pittsburgh. Also several sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.
