Warren Elton Faust, 95, of Elizabeth Township, died Monday, January 2, 2017. He was born July 13, 1921 in Lowber, and was the son of the late Judson E. and May Marshall Faust. He was a member of First Evangelical Free Church of McKeesport and was a retired Industrial Engineer for US Steel Clairton Works. Warren was a US Navy Pilot serving in WWII. He was a graduate of California State Teachers College with a B.S. in Industrial Education.

Constance Josephine Assenti, 91, of Clairton, formerly of Vestaburg, PA, passed away at Baldwin Health Center on Tuesday, January 3, 2017. She was born ­­­June 27, 1925 to the late Frank and Enrica Marini DeFabbo. Constance was the loving wife of the late Joseph Assenti. She is survived by daughters Denise Assenti of Clairton, Natalie (Thomas) Hathazy of Pittsburgh; sister Rose (Sonny) Rager of Loveland, CO; brother Samuel DeFabbo of Denver, CO; grandson Eric (Sandra) Hathazy of Jefferson Hills; granddaughter Nicole (Jon) Bilski of Jefferson Hills; great grandchildren Casey, Colby, Adison; and lifelong friend Dinean Follador Benack of Pleasant Hills. In addition to her parents and husband, Constance was preceded in death by sister Madeline Hodinko and brothers Anthony, Innocente, Dominic, Frank, and Henry DeFabbo. She was a member of the I.S.D.A., was employed by the City of Clairton School District, a member of St. Clare of Assisi parish, enjoyed cooking, cleaning, and spending time with her grandchildren. Family and friends will be received on Friday, January 6, 2017 from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 PM at S.M. FINNEY FUNERAL HOME, 432 N. 6th Street, Clairton, PA 15025. Service will take place Saturday, January 7, 2017 at 10:00 AM at St. Clare of Assisi Parish, Clairton, PA, followed by interment at St. Clare Cemetery in Clairton. Edmund Przywarty, age 68 of Kittanning, formerly of McKeesport, passed away on Sunday, January 1, 2017 at the Armstrong County Health Center. Born March 4, 1948 in McKeesport, he was the son of Caroline (Piotrowski) Przywarty and the late Edward Przywarty. Ed worked for many years as a dispatcher for S & S Transit, and later went to work for EchoStar. In his free time, he enjoyed watching all Pittsburgh sports, especially the Buccos. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his sisters, Pamela (Wayne) Kucich of McKeesport, Karen (Donald) Coughenour of Orangeburg, SC and Cindy (Tom) Owoc of Elizabeth Twp., and many nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received at Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory on Friday, January 6, 2017 from 11 a.m. until time of Blessing Service at 1 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.
