Judy enjoyed cooking & baking, reading, gardening, bicycling and taking long walks. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Martin E. Orendt; son Martin (Debra) Orendt of Harrison City; granddaughter Mackenzie Sara Orendt; sister Barbara Rose of Pittsburgh. Also several sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.

Betty J. (Davis) Serro, age 88, of North Huntingdon, passed away Sunday, December 3, 2017. She was born September 12, 1929 in Duquesne, a daughter of the late Thomas and Florence (Atterbury) Davis. She lovingly supported her husband’s ministries for numerous Assembly of God Churches including the Assembly of God Church in Bradenville for over 20 years. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of over 65 years Rev. Richard J. Serro; sister Florence Whitmore; and brother Thomas Davis. She is survived by her daughters Bridget (Rev. Cletus III) Hull of Saltsburg and Rebecca (Eric) Davis of Greensburg; grandchildren Marcie (Michael) Carbonara, Melissa (Jeff) Davis, Amanda (George) Polombo and Kathryn Brown; and great grandchildren Samantha (Darius) Henry, Justin (Lindsay) Carbonara, Gabriel Carbonara, Cameron Davis, Colin Davis, Giovanni Palombo and Marco Palombo.

She was a member of the Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church, White Oak and its Young At Heart, Pricilla Circle, and Women of E.L.C.A., was a volunteer at the Intersection and Greater Pittsburgh Food Bank, was a member of Amaranth, Order of the Eastern Star, and the Beatrice Chapter #147, Pythian Sisters of Irwin. Daughter of the late Charles and Hilda Marie Johnson Blamick; wife of the late Donald Lewis Johnson; sister of the late Robert S. (Lois) Blamick, Joseph E. Blamick, Charles (Gertrude) Blamick and Jeannette (Steve) Jeney; sister in law of the late Walter Mains and Carl Seitz. She is survived by her son, Wayne (Deborah) Johnson of Driftwood, PA; granddaughter, Melissasue Moore of Emporium, PA; brother, Wesley E. (Carolyn) Blamick of Tallahasse, FL; sisters, Vervaine E. (Vickie) Mains of White Oak and Kathryn M. Seitz of White oak; sister in law, Arlene Blamick of North Huntingdon; also by nieces and nephews. August W. “Gus” Pastor, 73, of North Irwin, died suddenly Saturday December 2, 2017 while hunting in Avella. He was born November 14, 1944 in Steubenville, Ohio, a son of the late Frank and Goldie L. (Burkhart) Pastor. Gus retired as owner of RTP Machine and Manufacturing and was a former machinist for Westinghouse Airbrake Co., Wilmerding. He was an Army veteran and an avid outdoorsman and hunter. He was a member of North Irwin Fireman’s Club and liked to watch Judge Judy and the Price is Right. He loved driving his Jaguar and riding his Harley Davidson. He is the beloved husband of 28 years of Tracy (Payne) Pastor; loving father of Ronald J. Rodgers (Christine Christopherson) of CA, Colleen (Tom) Cimino of Houston, Cathleen (Jay) Siefert of Greensburg, and Bill Pastor of GA; loving grandfather of ten grandchildren; cherished brother of Frank (Arlene) Pastor of Burgettstown; son in law of John and Mary Lou Payne of North Huntingdon; brother in law of Sherry Payne (Bob) DiCristofaro, John (Linda Pavlik) Payne, and Jody Payne (Raun) Churchfield all of North Huntingdon; also many nieces and nephews.
