Frank C. “Butch” Stumme, Sr., 75, of White Oak, died Friday, February 23, 2018 at UPMC Mercy.  Born in McKeesport, July 9, 1942, he was the son of the late Theodore C. Stumme, Sr. and Dorothy Kelly Stumme Pishko.  He was a member of Christ United Methodist Church, was a U.S. Army veteran, and was retired from WABTEC, Wilmerding.  He is survived by his wife, Bonnie Weller Stumme, his children, Tawny (Scott) Wood of Marion, IN, Frank C. (Sherry) Stumme, Jr. of Coatsville, PA, and Nancy (Eric, Sr) Jenkins of East McKeesport; grandchildren, Scott, Toni Ann, Shayna, Nate, Amy, Bryan, Eric, Jr., Ariel, Josh, and Katie; great grandchildren, Rachael, Luke, Devon, Aria, and Ava Grace; sisters, Maud L. Andrews of Port Vue and Barbara R. Hiquet of North Versailles.  He was the brother of the late Dorothy E. Rothey-Smith, Theodore C. Stumme, Edwin R. Stumme, Kay Stumme, Tom Stumme, Cliff Stumme, and Nancy Lee Stumme.  Friends will be received in the Hunter Funeral Home, Inc., 1600 Coursin Street, McKeesport, PA  15132 on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM.  A service will be held Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at 11:00 AM in Christ United Methodist Church on Coulter Road with the Rev. Sang Choi and the Rev. Doug Burns officiating.  His final resting place will be Mount Vernon Cemetery.  The family suggests contributions to the American Cancer Society.

She loved to travel the world. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her daughter, Megan Lynne Matczak of Liberty Borough, brother, Richard J. (Nancy) Cracolice of Westerville, OH, sisters, Lisa A. (Matthew) Maggio of Irwin, and Marcie Lynne (James) Young of McKeesport, nieces, nephews, cousins and her sassy bird, LuLu.

Charles Allen “Red” Barrett, 76, of Glassport passed away at home on Wednesday February 21, 2018.  He was born in Pittsburgh, November 11, 1941 to the late Joseph and Elizabeth Packer Barrett.  He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Agnes Rushe Barrett; sons, Chuck (Sheri) A. Barrett of Glassport, Tom (Gina) W. Barrett of Dravosburg; grandchildren, Hannah & Brett; siblings, Richard Barrett of Brookville, PA, William (Wanda) Barrett of Boone, NC, Shirlee Forbes of NC, Beth (Chuck) Coulter of McKeesport, and Ruth Martin of Glassport.  Along with his parents, Charles was preceded in death by bothers James & Michael Barrett and sister Mary Johnson.  He was employed by General Motor’s Fisher Body Division as a welder, collected coins & toy trains and enjoyed fishing and hunting.  Visitation will take place from 2 – 6 pm Sunday, February 25, 2018 at E. C. FINNEY FUNERAL HOME, 235 Monongahela Avenue, Glassport,  PA   15045. Ernest A. Kendall of Doylestown, formerly of Levittown, passed away peacefully at his home, surrounded by his loving family, Sunday, Feb. 11, 2018, at the age of 76.

Born in McKeesport, Pa., he was the son of the late Abraham and Ethel Kendall.

Ernest is survived by his beloved wife of 52 years, Judith Tomlins Kendall, his daughter, Kelly Kendall-Kelly, (Jonathan) of Erwinna, son, Brett Kendall, (Stacey) of Pipersville, his grandchildren whom he adored, Sadie and Brogan, his three schnauzers, Elsie, Mitzi and Gracie and pond of koi fish. Also surviving is his sister, Irene Coulter (William) of Clairton, PA, his sister-in-law, Janell Pett of Cross Lanes, WV, as well as several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Wayne Kendall.
