James P. Kilroy, age 62, of Duquesne, formerly of McKeesport, died November 4, 2021, at Washington Hospital. Born May 27, 1959, in McKeesport, he was the son of the late Jack Kilroy and raised by his mother and loving stepfather Alfred and Louise (Gallagher) Belpuliti.
James enjoyed oil painting, playing the drums, and cooking.
He is survived by children, Nicole Sirvent and Lacey; Grandchildren Jayden Sirvent, and Landen Ballard, siblings, Donnie (Louann) White, of AZ, Linda (Bill) Schneider, of SC, Kathy (Butch) Toth, of McKeesport, Peggy (Arthur) Williams, of McKeesport, Jackie (Carl) Benko, of Liberty Borough, and Lamont (Courtney) Belpuliti, of Glassport and many nieces and nephews. Dana Michael DeCecco, 72, of Pittsburgh, passed away Saturday, November 6, 2021. He was born, March 11, 1949. Dana was a free spirited proud Marine, jack-of-all trades, including contractor, painter, CTA and author. Dana was also known as "Hammer", Pit Master, Karaoke King and captain of his ship by his friends at Yough Lake. Dana was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Dorothy DeCecco of Wilkins Township; sister, Donna; and spouse, Rebecca. Mary B. Prokop, age 94 of Elizabeth Twp. and formerly of Clairton, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 6, 2021 in Abode Care of Monroeville. Born September 11, 1927 in Pittsburgh, she was a daughter of the late Michael and Mary (Krajrajnak) Bartko. Mary was a member of Sts. Joachim and Anne Parish - St. Michael's Church in Elizabeth Twp., the former St. Joseph's Parish in Clairton, and its Christian Mothers Guild. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband George Prokop, who passed away July 11, 1991, and her siblings Frank Yantek and Anne Orenyak. Mary is survived by her sons Thomas (Dolly) Prokop of Elizabeth Twp. and Robert (Jo Carol) Prokop of Martinsburg, WV; her grandsons Thomas (Melissa) Prokop of Laytonsville, MD and Daniel (Natalie) Prokop of Allison Park; and her great-grandchildren: Madeline, Matthew, Meredith, Joseph, Nadia, and Petra.

Joseph John Zajdel, age 89, of McKeesport, died November 4, 2021, at St. Anne Home. Born December 28, 1931, in McKeesport, he was the son of the late Antonio and Apolonia (Yerkey) Zajdel and husband of the late Annabelle Zajdel.
Joe, or Jozius as the family called him, proudly served in the U.S. Air Force from 1951-1977, earning the rank of Technical Sergeant. He was a member of the PNA Lodge #352, the 11th Ward Club, the Croatian Club in McKeesport, and Mary, Mother of God Parish. Joseph was an avid fisherman who spent summers at his fishing camp. He loved all sports, played on senior leagues, and always had a television tuned to a game. He traveled the world during his military career and in retirement.

She was born, January 5, 1937 in Gratztown, a daughter of the late Walter and Margaret (George) Farmer. Patricia was a member of Calvin Presbyterian Church, and enjoyed cooking, bird watching, spending time with her grandchildren and was an animal lover. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Robert, Gary and Walter Farmer; and sister, Shirley Schwab. Joyce Irene Philipp, age 53, of Harrisburg, died October 27, 2021, at Ortenzio Heart Center, of Camp Hill, PA. Born September 28, 1968, in Jeannette, she was the daughter of the late Edward Otto and Alice Marie (Harvey) Philipp.
Joyce was an in-home caregiver before her disability would no longer allow her to do so. She enjoyed cooking and sharing recipes on her Facebook page. Joyce found her true happiness in spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her children, Ashley Marie Philipp and April Nicole Brown of Harrisburg; grandchildren, Edward and Ember Rose; sisters, Julie (Bryan) Inks of Somerset, and Donna (Jason) Weighley of Pittsburgh; also nieces and nephews.

A retired banker with First Commonwealth Bank, he was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Irwin, a member of the board of directors of the McKeesport Regional History and Heritage Center, and served as an elder at the former Central Presbyterian Church of McKeesport. A graduate of McKeesport High School, he earned his master’s degree at Duquesne University.
