Frank worked as a warehouse manager in shipping and receiving at Bettis Laboratory for 42 years and was a member of The Port Vue American Legion. He was a US Army Veteran serving in the Korean War and for his service he was awarded The Army Occupation of Japan Medal and The Korean Service medal. He was also a member of the original Jack Ham Fan Club, "Dobre Shunka" in Port Vue.

He is survived by his beloved wife Florence (Jacobs) Radakovich; two sons, Ronald (Anna) Radakovich and Dave Radakovich, both of West Mifflin; a daughter, Marsha (Scott) Hess of North Versailles; and three grandchildren, Eric and Brian Radakovich and Chelsea Hess. Kenneth "Bruce" Schneider, 64, of Somerset, Pa., passed away October 20, 2018 at Somerset Hospital.  He was born January 27, 1954 a son of Pauline Duncan Schneider and the late William Schneider.  Bruce was employed in the shipping and receiving department for Shuster's Building Components and was a member of the Norwin Alliance Church.  He coached NCAA and Pal little league baseball and loved to sing in the choir.  He was preceded in death by his two brothers, Bill and Ted Schneider.  He is survived by his wife, Paula Kuhn Schneider; sons, Kristoffer, Kevan and Jason Schneider; brother, Tim Schneider; and grandchildren, Bria and Kaiah Schneider and Tyler Larson.  Friends will be received at the James W.
