Rosemarie B. "Goo" Conti, age 87 of North Huntingdon died September 1, 2020 at Transitions Health Center. She was born October 7, 1932 in Pittsburgh, Pa., a daughter of the late Albert and Agnes Harvanek Gulentz. Rosemarie was a member of St. Agnes Church, North Huntingdon where she sang in the church choir. Prior to her retirement she was employed in the retail sales industry. She enjoyed shopping, flea markets, travel, playing the organ and a was a great keyboardist. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard L. Conti. She is survived by two sons, Jim and his wife, Linda, and Rick Conti, one daughter, Cindy Dushack and her husband John, 5 grandchildren, James A. (Monica), Melanie, Christopher, Brittany (Cody), Blaze, one great grandchild, Anthony.

Janet L. Fulmer, 90, of North Huntingdon, passed away Tuesday, September 1, 2020 at Golden Heights Personal Care Home, Irwin. She was born August 16, 1930 in McKeesport, a daughter of the late Carl P. and Esther (Stolpe) Nystrom. Prior to her retirement, Janet was a bank teller for Mellon Bank at Norwin Towne Square. She was a graduate of Duquesne High School and enjoyed crafting and painting. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James R. Fulmer; and son, Jeffrey P. Fulmer. She is survived by her son, James W. Fulmer and his wife, Donna; daughter-in-law, Cheryl Fulmer; grandchildren, Heather (Mark) Roller, James R. (Luis) Fulmer, Jonathan (Amber) Fulmer, Christy (James) Azzarello and Jenna Fulmer Onder; great-grandchildren, Christian, Braeden, Dylan, Brieana, Jacob, Emily, Aiden, Jordan, Jason and Jaylee.

William Daniel Speidel, Jr., 94, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday night, August 26, 2020 at his home in Elizabeth Twp. Born on April 26, 1926 in East McKeesport, he was the son of William Daniel Speidel, Sr. and Martha (Jones) Speidel. Left to cherish his legacy are his wife of nearly 70 years, Florence (Delo) Speidel and their children Carol (James) Anderson of Mechanicsburg, William D. (Barbara) Speidel, III of Butler and David (Barbara) Speidel of South Fayette; 7 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Bill graduated from East McKeesport High School where he played football, basketball and was president of the student council.

She was born April 15, 1919 in Clarksburg, WV, and was the daughter of the late Thomas and Adella (Garcia) Garcia. She was the wife of the late Alfred "Fred" Suarez who passed away December 10, 1999. Isabel was a member of Central Highlands Community United Methodist Church and was a Charter Member of the Central Volunteer Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary in Elizabeth Township. She was retired from the Elizabeth Forward School District. Her hobbies included crafting, baking and making candy.

Eugene B. "Gene" Tyler, age 50, of Port Vue, died at home on August 29, 2020. Born September 10, 1969, in McKeesport, he was the son of William and Allie (Schmeltz) Tyler and the loving husband of Jennifer (Nordine) Tyler for 31 years.

Gene was a 1987 graduate of McKeesport High School and went on to enlist in the Navy. He was an avid hunter and fisherman who enjoyed spending time at his camp near Kittanning. At home, you could find him cooking, watching Nascar, rooting for the Steelers and Penguins, and spending time with his family.

Henricksen; loving mother of Steven Thompson, adoring grandmother of 2.  She was preceded in passing by her father, Joseph DeFelice and brother, Joseph DeFelice II. Don was very active in both the Norwin and Irwin Rotary clubs serving his community. He was a graduate of Clarion University and an avid golfer. Gregory S. Hammons was born on February 8, 1958 in McKeesport, Pennsylvania. He was the son of Marion Ramseur Hammons and the late Lee Cornelius Hammons.

Herk or Herky as he was affectionately known by his family and friends graduated from Clairton High School in Clairton, Pennsylvania. During his high school years, he was outstanding in sports, gaining a spot on the Junior and High School football, basketball, and baseball teams.  Following his love of art and drawing, he also attended the Art Institute in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Soon after, he was employed at United States Steel Clairton Works, and the City of Clairton Street Department. 

Herk had a strong passion for music, singing and dancing, so much so, during the 70’s he and a few of his friends formed a local band.  Herk had a great love for people, a kind heart, and was very personable, he made friends easily. He was always willing to give anyone the shirt off his own back.
