Zupi, 94, of Glassport, died Feb. 4, 2018.  He is the son of the late Gasper and Catherine (Tavalaro) Zupi and beloved husband of the late Esther (Mischi) Zupi.  He is survived by his sons David Zupi and Vincent Zupi; brother Frank Zupi and nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by sisters Angeline Rossi, Anna Marie Zupi and Domenica Consoli.  Carl was retired from Copperweld; member of Queen of the Rosary Parish, where he was an usher, Holy Name Society, Sons of Italy, Americal Legion and the Lions Club, where he was president for 3 years.  A private funeral service was held at Penn Lincoln Memorial Park.  Funeral arrangements by Wojciechowski Funeral Home, Glassport.

William F. Malt, 94, of Larimer, died February 6, 2018 at home. He was born May 26, 1923 in Greensburg, a son of Dora (Malt) Hough and was also preceded in death by his son William F. Malt Jr., a brother Joseph Hough, and a sister Wilma Duncan. Bill was a retired employee of Westinghouse Airbrake Co., Wilmerding and an Army veteran of WW II. He was a longtime active member of St. John’s United Church of Christ, Larimer, a charter member of Larimer Volunteer Fire Department and longtime bartender at the Larimer Fireman’s Club. He is survived by his wife of nearly seventy one years Anna Mae (Wright) Malt; his children Robert J. “Zeke” Malt and his wife Amy of Larimer, Bruce E. Malt and his wife Brenda of Confluence, and Janet Bettencourt and her husband Ronald of North Huntingdon; a grandson Shawn Malt; step grandchildren Brian Burkett, and Jody Roe; great grandchildren Austin and Braxton; sisters Sara Geiger of Larimer and Dorothy Green of Plum Boro; also numerous nieces and nephews.

John “Chris” C. Wolfram, age 69 of Irwin, passed away Monday, February 5, 2018. He was born October 7, 1948, the son of the late Victor and Helen (Loveday) Wolfram. He was a Navy veteran who went on to work as a finance manager for numerous car dealerships for over 30 years before retiring. On his days off, you would always find him on the golf course. He is survived by his daughters Paula (Michael) Giran of North Huntingdon and Brandi Wolfram of Irwin; granddaughter Ciara Giran; sisters Susie (Robert) Golier of Pittsburgh, and Barbara (Alvin) McElfresh and Victoria (Dick) Muckinhaupt both of Venice, Florida; his very special aunt Lois Meisel, also of Venice, Florida; and many nieces and nephews.

Alexander (Alex) J. Semchak, 96, of Greenock, Elizabeth Township, passed away peacefully on February 5, 2018 surrounded by his beloved son, daughter, and close family friends. He was born on June 5, 1921 in McKeesport, and was the son of the late Georgius and Maria (Cybak) Semchak. Alex, a WWII Veteran, proudly served his country as a Captain in the US Army Signal Corps. His distinguished military service was acknowledged by the many commendations he received including the following: American Campaign Medal-WWII, American Defense Medal with Bronze Star-WWII, Army Good Conduct Medal with Bronze Two Knot Device, European-African Middle Eastern Campaign Medal with Bronze Star, WWII Victory Medal, and the Army Presidential Unit Citation. It was during his 4 year tour of duty in Europe that he met and married the love of his life, Valerie (Ludgate) Semchak. Alex was well known due to his membership in numerous social clubs including the following: White Oak American Legion Post 701, Elizabeth Township Ex-Serviceman's Association in Boston, Sutersville Moose Lodge 1358, Order of the Owls Nest 1649, Buena Vista Volunteer Fire Co, Croation Club and Croation Men's Club Lodge 146 in Versailles, 11th Ward Welfare Association in McKeesport and the WMBU in Blythedale.

Mazzotta Lombardo. He was a graduate of McKeesport High School and the University of Pittsburgh. Armand was the former owner of Reliable Auto Service in McKeesport. He was a teacher for Allegheny Intermediate Unit and was an accomplished artist, woodworker, carver, and sculptor. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed hunting, fishing, skiing, and gardening. He was also an outstanding chef who loved baking bread and preparing delicious Italian meals for family and friends.

Budai, Sr.; mother of David (Carol) Budai, Jr., of Zephyrhills, FL and Dean (Florence Fallon) Budai, of West Mifflin; grandmother of David James Budai, Daniel Lawrence Budai and Nathan Thomas Budai; sister of the late Ellen (late Robert) Coret. Also survived by her caregivers and loving family, Michael and Chris Tkacs, of Scottdale. There will be no visitation or services. Patricia A. "Patsy" Christeson, 79, of Elizabeth Township, died Sunday, February 4, 2018 at home with her children and her dog, Lucy by her side. She was born December 10, 1938 in McKeesport and was the daughter of the late Thomas and Catherine Skiffington Martin. She was the wife of the late Alfred E. "Chris" Christeson who died August 23, 2007. They were married for 46 years. She was a member of the former St. Pius V Catholic Church in McKeesport and the Kiwanis Club. She was an amazing seamstress that could design, sew, or make anything and everything. She began sewing when she was 5 years old and making alterations on people's clothes before she was 10. She always said that we could take away her car, but not her sewing machine. She handmade her grandchildren's Christening and Baptismal gowns which are even more cherished now. She was happiest at her family built cabin in Cameron County, with her late husband, children and grandchildren where she enjoyed hunting, fishing, sewing and making items with wood (furniture, cedar chests and chairs) with many going to family or friends. She is survived by children, Michael (Carol) Christeson of Washington, Daniel (Roberta Walk) Christeson,  Paul "Toby" (Jamie) Christeson and Kristine (Jack) Cant of Elizabeth Township. "G" spent a lot of time with her  grandchildren, Jess Cant, Kaitlyn, Pearl, Kaylee, and Alfred Christeson. She is also survived by her brother, James "Mickey" Martin of Winterhaven, Florida, sister-in-law, Dee Martin of North Huntingdon, and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
