Margaret E. (Kibe) Hood, age 105, of Pleasant Hills and formerly of West Elizabeth, passed away on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at Jefferson Hospital. She enjoyed gardening and her word search puzzles. Born August 23, 1912 in Derry, she was a daughter of the late Walter C. and Rose (Gindlesperger) Kibe and wife of the late Leroy L. Hood.

Minnie V. Lepako, 93, of McKeesport died Friday January 5, 2018. She was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Vera (Pompinella) Shranatan. She was preceded in death by her husband Anthony S. Lepako. She is survived by her son Anthony J. Lepako of McKeesport; sisters Vera (Snooky) Plunko of Elizabeth Township and Jessie Butler of North Versailles-South Carolina; and many nieces and nephews. Minnie was a member of Christ the Light of the World Parish, Duquesne. Friends received Friday 2-4 and 6-8 at the Teichart-Gracan Funeral Home, a blessing will be held at the funeral home Saturday 9:30am followed by a funeral mass with Father Tom Lewandowski at Holy Name Church. Interment following at New St. Joseph Cemetery.

Keith Budd Ulander, 72, of West Newton, died Saturday, January 6, 2018 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh. He was born May 23, 1945 in McKeesport and was the son of the late Budd and Louise Hartbarger Ulander. Keith was a sheet metal worker for Sheet Metal Workers Local 12 and was retired from SSM Industries, Pittsburgh. He was a member of VFW Post 7812, Jacktown Ride and Hunt Club, Collinsburg Leiderkranz and Collinsburg Slovenian Club, West Newton LOOM 31, Punta Gorda Elks # 2606, and the Mosquito Creek Sportsman's Club in Frenchville. Keith was an avid hunter and fisherman. He is survived by his wife, Donna L. Litvany Ulander, step son, Barry Opfer, Jr., and his children, Izabella and Anastazia Opfer of Elizabeth Township, sister, Susan (Jack) Celapino and brother, Greg (Barbara) Ulander of West Newton, nephew, Ryan (Amy) Ulander and their children, Cody and Blake, nieces, nephews, brother-in-law, Gary (Joyce) Litvany of West Newton and many special friends.

Natalie Elaine (Kochuba) D'Amico, 75 of Elizabeth, died Jan. 3, 2018. Natalie was the daughter of the late Helen and Nick Kochuba and sister of the late Valerian Nicholas. After her father, Nick, was killed in WWII, Steve married Helen and helped raise the family. She is survived by her husband John and sons Anthony (Lisa), John (Mary Beth) and daughter Tina Maria (Scott) Bryer and her loving grandchildren, Tully, Oakley,Reid, Max, Nico, Joseph, Jack, Sophia, Luke, Scarlett and Heinz, who were the love and complete joy of her life. I love you - I love you more! Natalie is also survived by her very caring brother Steve (Janet) Kochuba and sister-in-laws, Kathy Oliver, Maria Chiarizio and Catherine DiStasi as well as nieces, nephews and cousins. Her cousin Stephanie (Micky) established a bond like sisters and were a very close and strong support system. Natalie was a graduate of Divine Redeemer Acadamy and completed a secretarial course at Robert Morris. After working at Bettis for 9 years she stayed at home to raise her 3 children then taking a job at McKeesport Hospital. Her last job, which she loved, was at Penn State Greater Allegheny. She looked forward to going to work to be with her friends and co-workers. Yearly trips to York and Lancaster to spend time with their best friends, Rosemary and Rich was another joy in her life. Friends received Wojciechowski Funeral Home, Glassport, Sun. 6-8 and Mon. 2-4 and 6-8. A funeral mass will be held Tues. 10:00 am at Holy Name Church with Father Tom Lewandowsky and Father Carmen D'Amico. Interment following Round Hill Cemetery. Emily M. McNulty, 95, of North Huntingdon Township, died Saturday, January 6, 2018 at Redstone Highlands, Greensburg. Born July 1, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Evan B. and Margaret Katherine Goetz Williams; wife of the late George Ellis “Mac” McNulty; sister of the late Marcie Williams; and is survived by her stepdaughter, Janice (Myron) Zuber of North Huntingdon; granddaughter Lisa (Mike) Dougherty of North Huntingdon; grandson, Greg Zuber of North Huntingdon. She was a member of Kephart United Methodist Church, sang in its choir, was a member of the Mendleson Choir of Pittsburgh, and was a volunteer at McKeesport Hospital. Friends will be received in the Hunter Funeral Home, Inc., 1600 Coursin Street, McKeesport, PA 15132 on Monday from 2-6 PM, where a service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, January 9, 2018. Interment will follow in Jefferson Memorial Park. The family suggests contributions to her church.

Theresa “Tessy” Waligura, age 65, of Monroeville, died January 3rd, 2018. She was born in Pittsburgh, PA on September 16th, 1952, the daughter of the late George R. and Ann Frederick Schlicht. She is survived by her husband, Dr. R. Curtis Waligura of Monroeville; daughters, Megan (Christopher) Brengel of Morristown, NJ, Emily (Scott) Deke of Dallas, TX, Melanie (Timothy Collins) Waligura of Dallas, TX, Kathryn (Arianne Smith) Waligura of Cincinnati, OH; sisters, Georgeanne Schlicht of White Oak, Margaret Schlicht Creehan of McKeesport, Patricia (Joseph Quinn) Schlicht of Squirrel Hill; brothers, George R. Schlicht, Jr. of McKeesport, John (Jill) Schlicht of Atlanta, GA; and grandchildren, Patrick, Parker, and Cameron. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Michael, and her sister-in-law, Lillian Martinez.
Tessy received her nursing degree from the McKeesport Hospital School of Nursing and then her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Penn State University. Her relationship with her husband, Curt, began while she was working on the IV team at McKeesport Hospital. She worked alongside him for over 15 years as the office manager and patient care advocate. Tessy loved to play golf and enjoyed late nights at the casino. She was fond of traveling with Curt and their close friends, as well as fine dining and red wine. Her greatest passion was spending time with her daughters and grandchildren.
