He was the son of the late Harry W. and Ethyle (Marino) Blair, Jr. He was a member of St. Agnes Church, North Huntingdon. He is survived by his caregivers, Blanche Marshall, April Janitor, and Nathan Miller; also cousins and numerous friends. Visitation Sunday, April 29, 2018, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the MALOY - SCHLEIFER FUNERAL HOME, 915 Kennedy Ave., Duquesne, 412-466-3300, where a Blessing Service will be held  on Monday, April 30, 2018, at 9:30 a.m. followed by Mass of Christian Burial St. Joseph Church, Duquesne, at 10 a.m., Rev. Thomas Lewandowski officiating. Burial will be in Jefferson Memorial Park.​

Mark was a US Air Force Veteran and graduated at the top of his class at ITT Tech and worked in the electronics field. After traveling the country in his younger years, Mark came back to the area to be closer to his family. He enjoyed playing his guitars and basketball.

She is survived by her brother Elmer (Francis) Urda of Arizona; sister Dorothy DePaulo from East McKeesport; and her loving nieces.
