A Navy veteran, he was a retired crane dispatcher, craneman and grievance man for U.S. Steel, Homestead. Born September 25, 1940 in Homestead, he was a son of the late Jack W. and Edith J. (Williams) Todd. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Carol L. (Harter) Todd, and brother, Richard J. Todd of West Mifflin; also, nieces and nephews. No visitation or services are planned. Henry P. Feola, 83, of North Huntingdon, passed away Thursday, March 12, 2020.  He was born April 18, 1936 in Jeannette, Pa., a son of the late Augustine and Christine (Pandolph) Feola.  Prior to his retirement, Henry was a truck driver for Matlack, Joy Best Feeds and Farm. He was a veteran of the US Army having served during the Korean War Era. Henry is finally at peace and reunited with his wife of over 50 years, Helen.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Marie Feola; brothers, Michael, Phillip, Joseph and Charles Feola; and sister, Rose Grosley. He is survived by his sons, Robert, Henry Jr. (Lisa), Michael (Gail); daughter, Jennifer Walak (Terry), brothers, Pasquale Feola (Barbara); sister, Cecila Austin (David); brother-in-law, Martin Grosley; numerous grandchildren and  great-grandchildren.  Friends will be received from 3-7 p.m. on Tuesday at the James W. Shirley Funeral Home, 176 Clay Pike, North Huntingdon.  A blessing service will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday in the funeral home chapel.  Interment will be private in Westmoreland County Memorial Park.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Heartland Hospice.  www.shirleyfuneralhome.com.

Barbara Ann (Amore) Custer, age 86, of Bethel Park, formerly from Elizabeth, passed away on Tuesday, March 10, 2020. She worked various jobs throughout her career but was most happy when she worked with the public as she loved to talk to people. She was part owner of the former Village Italian in Caste Village and worked for many years at her son’s Bethel Deli store. She was an avid Pittsburgh sports fan and especially loved her Pens. Born July 10, 1933 in Elizabeth, she was a daughter of the late Elviro “Benny” and Yolanda (Campea) Amore, and wife of 55 years to the late Donald R. Custer Sr. She is survived by her children, Kathy (George Kotsenas) Custer of Long Beach, CA, Donald R. Custer Jr. of Bethel Park, Diana (Kevin) Brucha of Baldwin and Douglas W. Custer of Bethel Park; grandchildren, Eric (Amy Edwards) Brucha of Pittsburgh and Carly (Brandon Cassel) Brucha of Pittsburgh; sister, Patricia Fuller of Elizabeth; brother, Charles (Deborah) Amore of Cannonsburg; grandpup, Scooby; also, many nieces, nephews and a great-niece. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by siblings,  Donald Amore, Margaret Donkin, Julia Amore, Angie Peger, Elva Louise Amore, Imogene McGregor and Sondra Minford. Friends will be received in the Paul E. William "Billy" Kisner Jr., age 59, of Forward Twp., passed away on Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at Jefferson Hospital. He was a plant manager for AEP Contracting in Monaca. A member of the West Newton Moose, he was a fun-loving jokester who enjoyed riding motorcycles and ATVs, spending time with his grandchildren, working on the farm, and most enjoyed sitting by his fire. Born May 8, 1960 in New Eagle, he was a son of the late William Kisner Sr. and the late Mary Ann (Anderson) Kisner. He is survived by daughters, Melissa (Ryan) Thompson of West Newton and Kaelin (Joey) Henderson of Perryopolis; grandchildren, Gavin Thompson, and Nova and Kyler Henderson; brother, Bobby (Anna) Kisner of Elizabeth Twp. and their children, Josh, Jennifer and Joellie; also, aunts, uncles and cousins. There will be a memorial gathering in the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, Elizabeth on Friday, March 13, 2020, from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. He obtained his GED from Pittsburgh Job Corps September of 2011 soon after getting his GED he attended CCAC to study Music and Business management. He became a certified Fitness Trainer in March 2019.

He enjoyed music, bodybuilding, and nutrition as well as playing basketball, reading, writing, and poetry. He was employed at Roots in Oakland as a Food Service Worker.

Dean Alan Rinella, 70, of White Oak passed away peacefully on March 10, 2020 at home, surrounded by his loving family. 

He was born in McKeesport, Pennsylvania on April 25, 1949 to the late Samuel J. Rinella and Helen (Zabelsky) Rinella.

Dean received a BS in Political Science and History from the University of Pittsburgh in 1977. He received a Master of Public Management (MPM) degree from the Heinz School of Public Policy at Carnegie Mellon University in 1985. 

He served his country in the US Army from 1972-1976 with a Tour of Duty in Vietnam as a Cryptographer. For his service, he received a Bronze Star and the Vietnam Cross of Gallantry.

He was a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW). He worked as a Relief Foreman at United States Steel, National Works in McKeesport and a Testing Coordinator at the Allegheny County Community College, Evening Division, Northside Campus.

He is survived by his wife of over 41 years, Rosemary “Rosie” (Smith) Rinella, daughter Jennifer Rinella, son Sean Rinella, and his daughter in law, Rachna Unnithan.
