Alan W. “Skip” Hornbake Jr., 69, of  North Huntingdon died Sunday November 17, 2019 at his home. He was born May 2, 1950, in Charleroi a son of the late Alan W. Sr. and Vi (Rice) Hornbake. Prior to his retirement he was employed as a senior field inspector for Bechtel Betis of West Mifflin. He was a member of the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, in North Huntingdon. Veteran of the Marine Corp serving during Vietnam  War where he served as a “Tunnel Rat” with the First Battalion Hotel Company 226. He was a member of the Marine Corps Veterans Association and it’s Honor Guard; also a member of the White Oak VFW. Skip was an avid Penn State fan. He was a true American Patriot with a fondness for History.   In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by a sister Maryann Peterson. Surviving are his wife of 36 years Teresa (Garner) Hornbake; three sons Brian Smith, of San Diego, CA, Thomas Gauthier and his wife, Susan, of Gibson, Corey Hornbake and his wife Jansen, of Layfayette Hill: six grandchildren Kasie Hickman, Daniel and William Gauthier, Dillon Smith, Brantley and Jaxton Hornbake; a niece Tracie Powell and a cousin Judie White and her family. Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Ott funeral Home Inc. 805 Pennsylvania Avenue Irwin. Parting prayers will be held 9:00 a.m. Thursday in the funeral home followed by a 9:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial celebrated in the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church. Interment will follow in the Penn Lincoln Memorial Park, North Huntingdon. Audrey May Riemenschneider, age 89, of White Oak, died November 14, 2019, at UPMC McKeesport. Born May 12, 1930, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Gustav and Margaret (Loeffler) Johnson and the wife of the late Clyde F. Riemenschneider, Jr.
Audrey was a woman of family and faith, she dedicated her life to caring for her family. She was a member of Sampsons Mills Presbyterian Church. Audrey was a former member of the Ladies Auxiliary Rainbow Volunteer Fire Company.

Frederick and Dolly (Gwosden) Gadelmeyer.
Susie was a teacher at various levels for 30 years in the McKeesport Area School District. After retirement, she
volunteered to continue helping with the D.A.R.E. program and various other school activities. She graduated from the California University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor's Degree. Susie was a member of the Evangelical Congregation Church in McKeesport.

Andrew A. Zborovsky Sr., 76, of North Huntingdon, passed away Monday, November 18, 2019.  He was born August 21, 1943 in Braddock, son of the late Andrew and Katherine Zborovsky.  Prior to his retirement, Andrew was a draftsman for Centerline Engineering and was a member of the Masons, Plum Creek Temple. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved to hunt and fish.  In addition to his parents, Andrew was preceded in death by his wife, Dora Jean (Marquis) Zborovsky.  He is survived by his two sons, Andrew A. Zborovsky Jr. (Mary), Alden Zborvosky; and his daughter, Cheryl Kuznicki and her husband, Stanley.  Friends will be received from 4 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday at the James W. James B. McLaughlin,  101, a resident of The Palms at O'Neil, formerly of Boston, passed away Friday, November 15, 2019. He was born August 25, 1918 in McKeesport and was the son of the late Bernard  and Isabel (O'Rourke) McLaughlin of Christy Park. 

He was the  husband of  the late Betty Louise (Kiser) McLaughlin who passed away November 22, 2002. James retired from the former US Steel National Tube Works in 1980 after 43 years of service and was a member of Versailles AARP.

He was a US Army WWII Veteran. He served in the 60th Medical Detachment and for his service he received the American Campaign Medal, WWII Victory Medal and the Good Conduct Medal.

She was a faithful member of the Bethlehem Baptist Church for many years.  She was previously President of the D.H. Pressley Missionary where she remained a faithful member until her death.

Michael was a retired security guard. He was a US Navy veteran during the Vietnam War. He was a member of AMVETS and the McKeesport Lion's Club. Michael enjoyed oldies music, Pittsburgh sports, and he especially enjoyed fishing at Pymatuning Lake.

Evans, age 68 of North Huntingdon and formerly of Elizabeth Twp., passed away at home surrounded by her family on Friday, November 15, 2019.  Born March 3, 1951 in McKeesport, she was a daughter of the late Andrew John and Helen (Reed) Kish.  A graduate of Elizabeth Forward HS and Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Barbara worked as a teacher for the McKeesport School District and was a parishioner of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church in North Huntingdon.  In her spare time, she loved to cross-stitch and crochet, garden, dance, and was an active participant with the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure.  Most of all though, Barbara was committed to her family and loved to spend time with her children and be "Meme" to her adoring grandchildren.  She is survived by her husband of 46 years Pat Evans; her children Laura (Kevin) Ward of Gibsonia, Brian (Theresa) Evans of North Huntingdon, Maggie (Brian) Carlton of North Huntingdon, and Elizabeth (Adam) Holy of Valencia; her grandchildren Benjamin and Zachary Ward, Katelyn and Madelyn Evans, and Miles Carlton; her siblings Ruthan (Paul) Rodibaugh of Elizabeth Twp. and Reed (Colleen) Kish of Columbus, OH; and also many cousins, in-laws, nieces, and nephews.

John Eugene Jadlocki, 70, of North Huntingdon, passed away Thursday, November 14, 2019. He was born January 24, 1949 in Braddock, a son of the late Joseph Frances and Anna (Kovacik) Jadlocki. Gene was a graduate of Norwin Sr. High School and later received his Bachelor's Degree in Education from Lock Haven University. Prior to his retirement, Gene was a teacher for Allegheny I.U. and was a veteran of the US Navy having served during the Vietnam War. He was a member of the VFW Post 781 and the honor guard. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather who was selfless in his support of others. He is survived by his loving wife, Margaret Smarra Jadlocki; sons, John Jadlocki and his wife, Stacia, Jeff Jadlocki and his wife, Hayley, Josh Jadlocki and his wife, Michelle; brothers, Ron (Becky), Joseph (Judi), Jerry (Debbie), Dave (Deb) Jadlocki; sister, JoAnn (Stan) Isenberg; and four grandchildren, Zachary, Lucas, Ellie and Alexander. Loving father, grandfather and great grandfather Edward S. Macey “Skippy”, of Irwin, born May 2, 1928, in McKeesport, to parents Joseph Macey and Mary (Visdosh) Macey, one of seven siblings, passed peacefully on November 13, 2019 at age 91, surrounded by his children and grandchildren following a long struggle of ill health. It warms the hearts of his children Edward A. (Kaypee Soh) Macey, Patricia (Tim) McCelland, Diana Macey, Joanie (Jason Shickel) Macey and Tammy (Aaron) Brentzel knowing he’ll be greeted by the love of his life Joan Macey along with parents and siblings that have all passed before him. He will be deeply missed by his 12 grandchildren Ryan, Matthew, Tracy, Kristi, Katie, Jessica, Staci, Shana, Joey, Maddy, Gracie and Noraa and seven great grandchildren Dylan, Lily, Jaide, Emmah, Jovi, Maci and Bentlee Jo, along with dear friends Robert and Patricia Bergamasco. A joy for all the family of recent years was gifting Skippy with lottery scratches for birthdays, holidays or just to see the smile on his face when he wasn’t feeling his best, Scratching away anticipating a big winner including the night before his passing, he was still scratching away one last time surrounded by smiles, tears and lots of love. He loved sharing a favorite song “Mother’s Mansion is Higher than Mine” and surrounded by family he sang his favorite verse one final time; “I’ve a mansion high prepared for me ‘twas built by hands divine But I know my mother’s mansion is higher than mine” “FOREVER IN OUR HEARTS” Eddie, Patty, Diana, Joanie and Tammy. Mary Louise Martino

Mary Louise Martino, 89, passed away peacefully on November 14, 2019.  She was a resident at William Penn Senior Suites in Jeannette, PA.  Mary was born September 5, 1930, a daughter of the late John Dolinar and Mary Zalar Dolinar.  Mary was a graduate of University High School in Morgantown, West Virginia, and a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, where she earned a degree in business administration.  Mary was a veteran of the United States Air Force, and served her country in Tokyo, Japan, during the Korean War, where she worked as a radar mechanic.  Before retirement, Mary worked in the accounting department of the Elliott Company in Donora, PA.  After retirement she helped establish and manage Martino Chiropractic and Nutritional center in Bernalillo, New Mexico.  In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her son, Michael V. Martino.  She is survived by her daughter, Paula Martino (Robert Clementi), of North Huntingdon; and grandchildren, Marina, Leo and Natalie Clementi; friends, Carol, Glenn and Donna; cousin, Rosalie; nephew, Tom and many other nieces and nephews and cousins.  Mary was an avid fitness and nutrition enthusiast.  She loved animals and enjoyed reading, travel, and sightseeing.  Per Mary's wishes, inurnment at St. Joseph Mausoleum in North Versailles, PA was private.  Mary's family would like to express their appreciation to the William Penn Care Center and Amedisys Hospice for the kind and compassionate care given to Mary during her final months of her life.  Arrangements made by the James W.
