Adam John Bilinsky, age 19 of North Huntingdon, passed away on Sunday, March 31 2024. He was born in Pittsburgh on January 4, 2005, a son of Alan and Kim Stern Bilinsky. Adam attended Norwin High School and he was currently enrolled in CCA, from where he was scheduled to graduate in June. He was a member of St. Angela Merici Church in White Oak. Adam loved riding quads and dirt bikes, he enjoyed fishing, playing video games, and cherished his time spent with friends.  Adam was a former member of cub scout pack 270 and boy scout Troup 284 and was an avid kayaker. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents John and Elvira Bilinsky, uncle & godfather Darrell Stern, and uncle Randy Bilinsky. In addition to his parents, Adam is survived by his brother Iris, sister Amelia, maternal grandparents Peggy and Darrell Stern, aunt & godmother Patty Stern, aunt and uncle Sherry and Mike Esasky, aunt Lea Stern and numerous additional great aunts, uncles, and cousins. Friends will be received from 2-8 P.M. on Friday at the James W. Shirley Funeral Home, 176 Clay Pike, North Huntingdon PA. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 1:30 P.M. on Saturday at St. Angela Merici Church in White Oak. Burial will take place in Bigley Family Cemetery at a later date. BobbiJo Bernadowski-Bickerton, 55, passed away peacefully on March 31, 2024, in her home after a three-year battle with cancer. She was born in the winter of 1968, in Washington, PA, to Frank (Bernie) and the late MaryGrace Bernadowski. She spent her early years in California, PA and later called Virginia and Pennsylvania home.

BobbiJo was a beacon of light in our lives, always ready to lend a helping hand and offer unwavering support to those in need. Originally from California, PA, BobbiJo touched the hearts of everyone she met with her kindness, warmth, and infectious smile. Her strength and courage throughout her illness inspired all who knew her, earning her the title of a true warrior. She is now reunited in eternal peace with her beloved mother, whom BobbiJo adored dearly. Though she may no longer be with us in person, her spirit will forever live on in our hearts, and her legacy of love and compassion will continue to guide us. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Robert "Bob" E. Duvall

  “Bob” Robert E. Duvall, 93, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend passed away peacefully with his family by his side in Neptune Beach, FL on April 1, 2024. A 67 year resident of North Huntingdon, PA, he married on August 22, 1956 to the late Mary Kay (Gracan) Duvall, the love of his life who passed away almost one year ago on April 11, 2023. Together they enjoyed gardening, the church, and vacations to Florida to visit their family. He is the son of the late Joseph R. and Virginia (Schrecengost) Duvall. He was preceded in death by his twin brother, William “Bill” (Gladys) Duvall. He is survived by his sons Robert (Ann) Duvall and David (Lori) Duvall; grandchildren Jake, Marissa and Olivia Duvall. Bob devoted his entire life to the Presbyterian Church of Pitcairn where he fell in love with Jesus, from baptism to treasurer, teaching Sunday School, becoming an Elder, he shared the wisdom. Over the years Bob was involved with youth sports organizations such as the local PAL by coaching and refereeing; graduate of Westminster College 1958; drafted and served as a Corporal in the 10th Infantry Division, U.S. Army during the Korean War; Mason at Chapter No.799; retired executive from Rockwell International Valve Division; was an avid golfer, a previous member at the Edgewood County Club; very proud of his baseball career including a 1958 NAIA State Baseball Championship for Westminster and alongside his father and brother he was inducted into the PA East Boro Sports Hall of Fame in 2002. Friends will be received at the Joseph F. Ott Funeral Home this Friday, April 5, 2024 from 5-8 pm. Funeral services will be held Saturday at the Presbyterian Church of Pitcairn, with visitation starting at 10 am and church service following at 11 am. Interment will follow at Penn Lincoln Memorial Park with full military honors. Flowers can be sent to the Ott Funeral Home or Memorial contributions can be made in his name to the Presbyterian Church of Pitcairn. Arrangements by the Teichart-Gracan Funeral Home.

Gary Charles Wrigley 73 of West Mifflin, passed away on Tuesday April 2nd, 2024 at his home. He was born in McKeesport on June 30th, 1950 to the late Arthur and Mary Strausser Wrigley. Gary is survived by his brother Arthur H. Wrigley of West Mifflin, niece Tebring Daly of Murphy Tx, and great niece Liliana and great nephew Tyler of Murphy Tx. Gary was preceded in death by his parents. He worked as a mover for Allied Van Lines for 30 years. He was a member of Lebanon Presbyterian Church. Henry William Bonadio

Henry William Bonadio, 87, of Elizabeth Township, passed away peacefully on Easter Sunday, March 31, 2024.  He was born on August 23, 1936 in Vanderbilt and was the son of the late Joseph and Mary (Pepe) Bonadio.  Hank was a 1955 Graduate of Glassport High School, where he met his loving wife of 55 years, Linda Gail (Shuster) who passed in March 2015.  Hank served in the Army National Guard and worked for the McKeesport Daily News.  He moved into Grocery Retail Sales with Tenser, Phipps & Leeper and soon after, got an opportunity to do wholesale work with Nestle Candy.  He soon became the head of HBA/Candy at Atlas Sales.  His biggest opportunity came when the market was starting to talk about new business ventures called “convenience stores”.  Hank would become one of the top producers selling “Slim Jim” meat snacks for GoodMark Foods.  He was affectionately called “Slim Jim Hank”.  Hank was named Candy Ambassador of the Year in 1985 and four years later, inducted into the Candy Hall of Fame in Hershey, PA.  He was a past president and board member of the Pittsburgh Candy Club, and in 1989, started the annual Halloween Candy Distribution to patients at Pittsburgh’s Children’s Hospital.  Hank had a natural gift to sell, and every customer quickly became a friend.  After retiring from his sales career in 1998, he devoted more time to the family business, R-Place Restaurant, Catering and Bakery in Elizabeth Township.

Hilda M. Youngerman, age 81 of North Huntingdon, passed away on April 1, 2024 at RNC Greensburg. She was born on March 20, 1943 in Duquesne, a daughter of the late Joseph and Elizabeth Newcomb Brown. Hilda enjoyed knitting and looked forward to playing bingo. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband Ken Youngerman, son Ken Youngerman Jr., and daughters Lisa, Amy, and Jennifer. Hilda is survived by her brother Ray Brown (Helen) and sister, Mary Simpson (Mark). There will be no public visitation. Burial will take place in Long Run Cemetery at a later date. Gertrude M. Zalac, 89, of Glassport, died March 27, 2024.  She is the daughter of the late John and Helen (Kucienski) Krol and beloved wife of  62 years, of the late George A. Paul Dzikiy, age 73 of North Huntingdon died March 29, 2024 at his home. He was born December 26, 1950 in Wilkinsburg, a son of the late Paul and Elizabeth Ortciger Dzikiy. Paul was a graduate of Edinboro University and attended Pitt and Penn State to further his education. He was a hard working, loving father who enjoyed sports. Growing up he played both baseball and basketball. Additional hobbies included bird hunting, fishing, golf and billiards. Prior to his retirement in 2009 Paul was employed by the East Allegheny School District. He taught 6th grade at Westinghouse and Title One Math at Green Valley School. He is survived by three daughters, Heather Fisherowski (Rich), Stefani Wasil (Ralph) Lindsy Garner (Jason), one brother Keith Dzikiy (Tina), four sisters, Betty Hughes (Charlie), Barb Doust (Rob), Paula Bradley (Ray), Karen Harvey (Dave), 2 grandchildren, Evelyn Wasil, Olivia Garner , numerous nieces and nephews. Latoya Lynn Bentley was born June 29, 1977, in McKeesport, PA. The daughter of the late Phyllis Bentley of McKeesport, PA. and, James Preston McKissick of McKeesport, PA.

Latoya was educated in McKeesport Area Schools. After graduating high school, Latoya worked at McKeesport Hospital in the area of hospital sterilization and was also a Nurses Aid working in Home Health Care.

Latoya loved the Lord and loved going to church. She always took her grandkids to church with her.

She was affectionately known as “Toy” by all who knew her. She was a great mother, very supportive and caring.  After the passing of her mother, she became the backbone of her family.

Arnetta Elaine Walker

Arnetta Elaine Walker, 59, of Duquesne, was born March 27, 1964, in Homestead, PA.  She was the beloved daughter of the late Emory Jr. and Christine (Swayzer) Mariner, granddaughter of the late Dixie and Etta Mae (Morton) Swayzer.

Arnetta was a 1982 graduate of Steel Valley High School. She later furthered her education at Florida A&M University (FAMU) studying social work.

Arnetta’s first job as a teenager was at Giant Eagle; after attending college she worked as a corrections officer for the Florida Department of Corrections in Ocala, Florida. When Arnetta moved back to Homestead, she began working with troubled youth at the Whale’s Tale and The Academy before going to work at the PA Department of Human Services at the Public Welfare Office where she was currently still employed having 23 years.

William “Bill” P. Bone II, age 73, of North Huntingdon, passed away March 26, 2024. He was born July 26, 1950 in Bethesda, Maryland, a son of the late William P. and Shirley June Marie (Howard) Bone. He was a 22 year Army veteran that specialized in tank maintenance and served in many locations including Germany and Alaska. After the military he worked in maintenance for 5 years at Kmart. Bill enjoyed owning and racing 4 cylinder stock cars while living in Louisiana. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers Lyle Bone and Thomas O’Neal. He is survived by his wife of over 47 years Sharon L. (McCracken) Bone; son William P. Bone III of North Huntingdon; brothers Michael and Edward O’Neal; and sister Georgia Johnson.

Gary J. Capaccione, 71, of North Huntingdon, died Tuesday March 26, 2024. He was born January 16, 1953 in Braddock, a son of the late Peter A. Capaccione Sr. and Florence M. Capaccione Jr. Gary was a retired mechanic working for the American Motors dealership in Wilkinsburg and then Acutus Gladwin in East Pittsburgh. Gary was a good hearted person and neighbor who was a caregiver for his late mother and also cared for stray animals. He liked cars and hot-rodding. He is survived by his brother Daniel J. Capaccione of North Huntingdon. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the William Snyder Funeral Home, 521 Main Street, Irwin.
