Albert DiBattista, age 91 of McKeesport, passed away on Saturday, October 9, 2021, at home with his family. Born January 24, 1930, in McKeesport, he was the son of the late Antoinette and Vincenzo DiBattista. He was employed by Tygart Industries and retired from McKeesport Housing Authority. He was a member of the Boston Vets. In his spare time, he enjoyed boating, woodworking, and going out socializing and dancing with his dear companion of 25 years, Helen Gray. He loved spending time with his family. His proudest accomplishment was his four children and all of his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and their families.

Glen E. “Mr. Duquesne” Smith Sr., age 65, of Duquesne, Sunrise-September 2, 1956-Sunset, October 8, 2021. Born in Duquesne, he was the son of the late Meredith and Jessie (Grace) Smith. Glen worked as a custodian for the Duquesne School District, was a cement finisher for Ben’s Constructions, worked as a groundskeeper at Kennywood and retired from McDonald’s in the maintenance department.
He was a member of Payne Chapel in Duquesne. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn (Freeman) Smith of Duquesne; children, Daniel Hamilton of New Kensington, Glen Hamilton of West Mifflin, Olive (Scott) Hamilton of Duquesne, Kevin Hamilton of Penn Hills, Crystal Smith of Duquesne, Derrick Hamilton of Pittsburgh, Amanda Hamilton of Duquesne, Glen E. Smith Jr. of Duquesne, Donald Smith of Duquesne, and Ella Smith of Pittsburgh; 40 Grandchildren; many Great Grandchildren; Brothers and Sisters, Dolores (late Bobby) Charles of East McKeesport, Icy Smith of McKeesport, Vernon (Trish) Smith of Turtle Creek, Jessie Smith of Basley, South Carolina, late Donald “Chuck” Pirl, late Olive Smith, late Meredith Smith, late William Smith, late John Smith and late Kenneth Smith; and special thank you to his lifelong friend, Adrian Dunston.

Theresa Ann Lockhart Seman, 52 of Clairton, formally of Monongahela and New Eagle passed away on October 9th, 2021, at her home. She was born in Uniontown PA, on November 6th, 1968, to John J. Lockhart of Bridgeville, and Ethel Pearl Bittinger Memmo of Clairton. Theresa is survived by her son Mathew David Lockhart of Irwin PA, daughter Anastasia Nadine Seman, and stepson Stephan (Kara) Seman of New Eagle, sister Mary Celeste Broker of Clairton, and brother John Paul Lockhart of Clairton, her boyfriend Brian Wilson of Uniontown, and her cat Lexi. Theresa worked as a certified nursing assistant for Barber. She enjoyed watching television shows and getting to chit chat with family and friends. Arrangements have been entrusted to S.M. FINNEY FUNERAL HOME, 432 N. 6th St, Clairton, PA 15025. A memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the funeral home to defray costs. Angelo J. Salvi, age 98, of Elizabeth Township, died October 7, 2021, at home. Born May 24, 1923, in McKeesport, he was a son of the late Michael and Mary (Verno) Salvi and the husband of his late, beloved wife, Jean (Gaudy) Salvi.
Angelo retired from U.S. Steel with 44 years of employment; he specialized in RTF electric power distribution for the company. A U.S. Navy, WWII veteran, Angelo served in the European, and Asiatic-Pacific Theatres of Operations. Angelo was a lifelong member of St. Patrick Church. Angelo enjoyed life. He traveled, gamed and shopped, all in an easy and elegant style. He made friends wherever he went. For those of us fortunate enough to know him, the world was a little classier, a little cheerier, when he was near.

Judith “Judy” E. Reyes, age 74 of North Versailles, passed away Thursday, October 7, 2021. She was born September 4, 1947 in McKeesport, a daughter of the late Peter and Virginia (Kelly) Reyes. She was a long-time member of Mary Mother of God Parish, Formerly St. Robert Bellarmine, in East McKeesport. She worked for over 30 years as an IT supervisor for Consol Energy in the South Hills before retiring.
She is survived by her brother James (Donna) Reyes of North Huntingdon; sister Sallie Wayner of Avonmore; sister-in-law Donna Reyes of North Versailles; many nieces and nephews; and her cats Mama, Sox and Mandy.

Christina Rae (Melegari) Blum, age 50, of East McKeesport, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, October 5, 2021. She was born January 15, 1971. She worked as a flagger in the Union Local 1058. She loved helping people in need and donated her time helping with suicide awareness. Even in death, Christina helped other by being an organ donor. Patricia L. Highberger, age 79, of White Oak, died October 6, 2021, at UPMC McKeesport. Born July 10, 1942, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Mary (Karnas) Mularski and the wife of the late Jay C. "Punk" Highberger.
Pat retired from McKeesport Hospital, where she worked as a switchboard operator. She was a member of Mary, Mother of God Parish, and attended Corpus Christi Church. Pat was also a member of the North Versailles Senior Place. She enjoyed cooking and attending bingo.

Vincent A. Maizer, Jr., age 77, of White Oak, formerly of McKeesport, died October 7. 2021, at UPMC McKeesport. Born October 28, 1943, in McKeesport, he was the son of the late Vincent A. Sr. and Mary Louise (Miller) Mazier and the husband of Frances (Stibrik) Maizer.
Vince retired from US Steel, National Tube Works, where he was a pipe inspector. Afterward, he worked for J.C. Penney Co., in the maintenance department and, Giant Eagle, in the produce department. He was a member of Mary, Mother of God Parish. Vince was also a member of the PNA #352 and 11th Ward Club. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and the outdoors.
