Daniel Molnar Jr., 90, of Dravosburg, died peacefully at home on March 28, 2024, at home surrounded by his loving children. Born January 6, 1934, in Homestead, he was the son of the late Katalin (Meder) and Daniel Molnar Sr. and the husband of the late Joan (Crawford) Molnar.
Growing up in Homestead, Daniel was a dedicated member of the St. Margaret Church community, serving as an altar boy with unwavering devotion. He was employed as a pipe fitter with U.S. Steel National Tube McKeesport. His passion for the Pittsburgh Pirates began at a young age and stayed with him throughout his life, a testament to his steadfast loyalty and love for his hometown team.

Patrick J. Carr, age 89 of Coulter, passed away on Wednesday, April 3, 2024. Born January 16, 1935 in McKeesport, he was a son of the late Clarence and Mary Ann (Fisher) Carr. The owner of World Auto Electric in McKeesport, Patrick was a member of the CFU #248, the Croatian Men's Club, the Coulter Volunteer Fire Company (where he loved playing cards), the Yough Peoples Sports Club, the McKeesport Lions Club, and the "Cros Nest" at the McKees Point Marina. In his spare time, he also enjoyed biking. Besides his parents, Patrick was preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, M. Madelaine "Maisie" (Coulter) Carr, who passed away August 20, 2021; and also his brothers David, Arthur, and John Carr. He is survived by his children Patrick K. (Diane) Carr of Coulter, Carlene (Rick) Mears of Fairfield, CA, and Daniel K. (Kimberly) Carr of McKeesport; his 10 grandchildren Jason (Kayla) Carr, Brent (Kathleen) Carr, Jon (Holly) Ruzich, Jason (Heather) Ruzich, Jennifer Benning, Brandon Mears, Chris (Irma) Mears, Spencer (Polina) Mears, Porter Mears, Meloney (Jon) Chess, Valerie Carr, and Tyler (Alaine) Carr; his 23 great-grandchildren Emma, Maverick, Nixon, Beckham, Everly, Gianna, Carmen, Jaycee, Gavin, Boden, Haylee, Conner, Cody, Hector, Lucia, Wendy, Carlos, Max, Jackson, Lillian, Bianca, Madalaine, and Ashton; his brother Daniel Carr of Connellsville; sister Mary Ann Maiola of North Huntingdon; and also nieces and nephews.

Beverly "Babs" Cherepko, 93, of Elizabeth Township, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, April 2, 2024. She was born February 27, 1931 in Charleroi and was the daughter of the late Albert Wilson Sr. and Nellie (McCracken)Wilson. She was the wife of the late Stephen Cherepko who passed away March 4, 2019. Beverly was a member of St. Michael's Orthodox Church in McKeesport. She was a retired Nurse's Aid and had worked for the Sisters of the Divine Redeemer for many years. She loved Frogs, coffee and everything "Gold". She deeply loved spending time with her grandkids and great-grandkids and sharing sweets with Taylor and Luna and shopping. She loved her church family, especially her life long friend Patty at Church.

Audrey Ann (Wise) DeCorte, 81, of North Versailles, formerly McKeesport, passed away Tuesday, April 2, 2024. She was born September 25, 1942 in McKeesport and was the daughter of the late Chester and Anna Wise. She was the wife of the late Joseph Alfred DeCorte, who passed away February 20, 2011. She was a member of St. Angela Merici Church and Community Life. She had many jobs throughout her life, she was a waitress and hostess for Taylor's Dining Room for many years.

Our amazing and cherished, Colin Michael Bargiel, 16, affectionately known as C-Barg, by his friends, of North Huntingdon, tragically left us on Saturday, March 30, 2024. He was born October 12, 2007 in Pittsburgh. He is the son of Amanda Bargiel and John (JC) Caputo of North Huntingdon and the late George Michael Cherepko, who passed away December 23, 2017. Colin is the youngest of his cherished siblings, Natalia and Dylan Bargiel. The “Three Amigos”, who were inseparable. Also, two half-siblings Makenna and Noah. Colin was a current sophomore at Norwin High school, where he balanced academics, HVAC training, football and proudly wore number 17. He immensely enjoyed his social life with his many friends. His love for football went beyond the game. The brotherhood and bond he shared with his teammates was beyond measure. He was known for being a jokester and lots of fun. Colin loved his family more than anything, his love wrapped each of us like a blanket. He was the most caring and loving son and brother anyone could have ever asked for. His light shines on!

BobbiJo Bernadowski-Bickerton, 55, passed away peacefully on March 31, 2024, in her home after a three-year battle with cancer. She was born in the winter of 1968, in Washington, PA, to Frank (Bernie) and the late MaryGrace Bernadowski. She spent her early years in California, PA and later called Virginia and Pennsylvania home.
BobbiJo was a beacon of light in our lives, always ready to lend a helping hand and offer unwavering support to those in need. Originally from California, PA, BobbiJo touched the hearts of everyone she met with her kindness, warmth, and infectious smile. Her strength and courage throughout her illness inspired all who knew her, earning her the title of a true warrior. She is now reunited in eternal peace with her beloved mother, whom BobbiJo adored dearly. Though she may no longer be with us in person, her spirit will forever live on in our hearts, and her legacy of love and compassion will continue to guide us. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

“Bob” Robert E. Duvall, 93, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend passed away peacefully with his family by his side in Neptune Beach, FL on April 1, 2024. A 67 year resident of North Huntingdon, PA, he married on August 22, 1956 to the late Mary Kay (Gracan) Duvall, the love of his life who passed away almost one year ago on April 11, 2023. Together they enjoyed gardening, the church, and vacations to Florida to visit their family. He is the son of the late Joseph R. and Virginia (Schrecengost) Duvall. He was preceded in death by his twin brother, William “Bill” (Gladys) Duvall. He is survived by his sons Robert (Ann) Duvall and David (Lori) Duvall; grandchildren Jake, Marissa and Olivia Duvall. Bob devoted his entire life to the Presbyterian Church of Pitcairn where he fell in love with Jesus, from baptism to treasurer, teaching Sunday School, becoming an Elder, he shared the wisdom. Over the years Bob was involved with youth sports organizations such as the local PAL by coaching and refereeing; graduate of Westminster College 1958; drafted and served as a Corporal in the 10th Infantry Division, U.S. Army during the Korean War; Mason at Chapter No.799; retired executive from Rockwell International Valve Division; was an avid golfer, a previous member at the Edgewood County Club; very proud of his baseball career including a 1958 NAIA State Baseball Championship for Westminster and alongside his father and brother he was inducted into the PA East Boro Sports Hall of Fame in 2002. Friends will be received at the Joseph F. Ott Funeral Home this Friday, April 5, 2024 from 5-8 pm. Funeral services will be held Saturday at the Presbyterian Church of Pitcairn, with visitation starting at 10 am and church service following at 11 am. Interment will follow at Penn Lincoln Memorial Park with full military honors. Gary Charles Wrigley 73 of West Mifflin, passed away on Tuesday April 2nd, 2024 at his home. He was born in McKeesport on June 30th, 1950 to the late Arthur and Mary Strausser Wrigley. Gary is survived by his brother Arthur H. Wrigley of West Mifflin, niece Tebring Daly of Murphy Tx, and great niece Liliana and great nephew Tyler of Murphy Tx. Gary was preceded in death by his parents. He worked as a mover for Allied Van Lines for 30 years. He was a member of Lebanon Presbyterian Church. Henry William Bonadio, 87, of Elizabeth Township, passed away peacefully on Easter Sunday, March 31, 2024. He was born on August 23, 1936 in Vanderbilt and was the son of the late Joseph and Mary (Pepe) Bonadio. Hank was a 1955 Graduate of Glassport High School, where he met his loving wife of 55 years, Linda Gail (Shuster) who passed in March 2015. Hank served in the Army National Guard and worked for the McKeesport Daily News. He moved into Grocery Retail Sales with Tenser, Phipps & Leeper and soon after, got an opportunity to do wholesale work with Nestle Candy. He soon became the head of HBA/Candy at Atlas Sales. His biggest opportunity came when the market was starting to talk about new business ventures called “convenience stores”. Hank would become one of the top producers selling “Slim Jim” meat snacks for GoodMark Foods. He was affectionately called “Slim Jim Hank”. Hank was named Candy Ambassador of the Year in 1985 and four years later, inducted into the Candy Hall of Fame in Hershey, PA. He was a past president and board member of the Pittsburgh Candy Club, and in 1989, started the annual Halloween Candy Distribution to patients at Pittsburgh’s Children’s Hospital. Hank had a natural gift to sell, and every customer quickly became a friend. After retiring from his sales career in 1998, he devoted more time to the family business, R-Place Restaurant, Catering and Bakery in Elizabeth Township.

Hilda M. Youngerman, age 81 of North Huntingdon, passed away on April 1, 2024 at RNC Greensburg. She was born on March 20, 1943 in Duquesne, a daughter of the late Joseph and Elizabeth Newcomb Brown. Hilda enjoyed knitting and looked forward to playing bingo. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband Ken Youngerman, son Ken Youngerman Jr., and daughters Lisa, Amy, and Jennifer. Hilda is survived by her brother Ray Brown (Helen) and sister, Mary Simpson (Mark). There will be no public visitation. Burial will take place in Long Run Cemetery at a later date.
