ROBERT A. BELL age 82, of Duquesne, on February 15, 2018. Bob was retired from Tygart Steel and also as a security guard from Braddock Hospital. He was a model train enthusiast, coached Duquesne Little League for 22 years, enjoyed bowling for over 50 years and was a former member of L.O.O.M. #75. Husband to the late Mary (Kemeny) Bell; father of Robert Bell of West Mifflin, John (Missy) Bell of Munhall and the late James J. Bell; grandfather of Wayne Stephen Bell and the late Christopher John Bell. Survived by sister, Dee Monaghan of Dravosburg and Eleanor Halazynski of Philipsburg; and his goddaughter, Brina. Visitation Saturday and Sunday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the MALOY-SCHLEIFER FUNERAL HOME,915 Kennedy Ave., Duquesne (412-466-3300). Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, February 19, 2018 at St. Joseph Church, Duquesne at 10 a.m. Reverend Thomas Lewandowski officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.

Bicsey, 61 of Largo, FL, formerly of Pittsburgh, died Feb. 9, 2018 from cancer.  She is the daughter of the late Edward and Elsie Bicsey.  She is survived by her daughter Kimberly Kruszka of McKeesport, Ex-husband Alan Kruszka of Duquesne, sister Constance Behrns; grandchildren Beth Clark and Shane Clark; also nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her sister Karen Jones.  Janet was employed by IAS Services in Florida.  Friends received Teichart-Gracan Funeral Home, Duquesne, Mon. 11 to 1:00 pm at which time a blessing will be held with Father Tom Lewandowski.  Interment following St. Hedwig Cemetery.

He was a son of the late Albert P. and Veronica (Weber) Oeler, Sr. Tom was a retired City of Duquesne Fireman and a retired carpenter of Local #1160. He was a member of St. Agnes Church, West Mifflin, past Scoutmaster Troop #310 and was involved in scouting for 25 years. He was a former member of the L.O.O.M. #75, John Birch Society, former member of St. Joseph's Men's Club, former member of the Society of Preservation and Encouragement of Barbershop Quartet Singing in America, Union Railroad Chorus. He proudly served his country in the Army during WWII in the 826th Amphibian Tractor Battalion. Beloved husband of 67 years to Marguerite (Snyder) Oeler; father of Marguerite Jean "Peggy" (Thomas) Smith of West Mifflin, Thomas Paul (Crystal) Oeler of Spotsylvania, VA, Karl G. (Cindy) Oeler of North Huntingdon, Yvonne L. (Gary Foore) Rider of West Mifflin, J. Daniel (Patricia) Oeler of Elizabeth, Matthew Leo (Lisa) Oeler of Jefferson Hills; also 29 grandchildren and 22 great- grandchildren; brother of Rosemary Shipe of Jeannette and Veronica Bowen of Smithton, late Albert Paul Oeler, Jr. and the late Mary C. Anna Mae (Oley) Eicholtz, 90, of St. Anne Home, Greensburg, and formerly of West Mifflin, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family Sunday, Feb. 11. She was born in Braddock on April 3, 1927, the daughter of the late John and Anna Oley, and the wife of the late Arthur J. "Ike" Eicholtz. She lived in Glassport for many years before marrying Arthur and moving to West Mifflin. She was a member of Christ the Light of the World Parish in Duquesne, former member of the Christian Mothers of Holy Name Church, Duquesne Senior Citizens Council, Fellowship Club of Duquesne, and the Knights of Columbus Senior Citizens. She was the credit manager for Busy Beaver Building Products for many years until her retirement. Anna Mae was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and will be sadly missed. She was blessed with three children who loved her dearly, Kathryn (Jim) McMichael, of RuffsDale; Arthur Eicholtz Jr., of West Mifflin, who passed away in 2012; and Jeffrey (Suzie), of West Mifflin. Her grandchildren were the love of her life and they loved their Grammy: Jimmy (Katie) McMichael, of Greensburg; Kimberly (Travis) Synder, of Scottdale; Sara (Jonathan) Monkelis, of Youngwood; Ian (Samantha) Eicholtz, of Orlando, Fla.; Craig Yogan, of West Mifflin; and Chad Yogan, of Hershey. She found so much joy in the company of her great-grandchildren, Maddox Monkelis, Henry McMichael, Brianna Monkelis, Samuel McMichael and Jagger Eicholtz. She is also survived by her loving sister, Florence Laychak, of Glassport, and many nieces, nephews and relatives. In addition to her husband and son, she was preceded in death by three brothers, John Oley and Steven Oley, of Glassport, and Lawrence Oley, of Georgia (formerly of Glassport).
Family and friends will be received from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 14, 2018, at MALOY-SCHLEIFER FUNERAL HOME, 915 Kennedy Ave., Duquesne, 412-466-3300. A blessing service will be at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 15, 2018, at the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 10 a.m. at Holy Name Church of Christ the Light of the World Parish with the Rev. Thomas Lewandowski officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Anne Home, 685 Angela Drive, Greensburg, PA 15601.

Walter W. "Wally" Gibbons, 79, of Elizabeth Township, went to his heavenly home on Sunday, February 11, 2018. He was born in McKeesport on May 31, 1938 and was the son of the late Walter and Helen (Winkler) Gibbons. He was a member of the Elizabeth Baptist Church where he served many positions. He was also a member of the Pennsylvania Athletic Directors Association, the Elizabeth Forward Alumni and Friends Association and the Elizabeth Township Seniors. Wally was a Teacher, Head Basketball Coach,  Head Track Coach and was also Athletic Director at Elizabeth Forward High School. He retired after 33 years of service. He taught World Cultures, History, English, Science and Math. He was a graduate of McKeesport High School and Clemson University where he attended on a Basketball Scholarship. He also served on the Elizabeth Forward School Board. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Darla Ruth Golz Gibbons, daughters, Debra Ruth Gibbons and her lifetime partner, Donald R. Short of Pleasant Hills and Lynn Renee' and her husband Frank Przywarty of New Castle, grandson, Nichalas Gibbons Przywarty,  sister-in-law, Bernice and her husband Bill Vaughn of McKeesport, a niece, Nancy and her husband Tom Andrejko, nephew, David and his wife, Marianne Vaughn, great-nieces and great-nephews and many special cousins and friends.

Versailles for fifteen years. She was a friend to many, always kind and caring. She enjoyed vacationing at the beach and camping with her kids when they were growing up.
