Born October 29, 1969 in McKeesport, he was the son of Chris (Breletic) Binger and the late Gary M. "Red" Binger, and beloved husband of Lori A. Tatkus-Binger for 21 years. In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by his daughter, Schae, of home; grandmother, Dominga Breletic, of McKeesport; sister, Melissa Binger, of McKeesport; niece, Lily Binger; brother, Matthew (Shannon Payne) Binger, of New York; uncles, Robin Breletic and Kevin (Kim) Breletic; sister-in-law, Chris (Joe) DiBattista; cousins, Carly, Dylan and Ryan; and his cherished dogs, Scrappy, Onyx, Zeus and Pollo. He was also preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Charlotte Tatkus. Thomas worked for UPMC McKeesport where he was a dedicated surgical technician for many years. His greatest joy in life was spending time with his family.
