Bernard L. Walkowiak, age 77 of Indiana, Pa died November 5, 2022 at the Indiana Regional Hospital. He was born September 19, 1945 in Pittsburgh, Pa., a son of the late Bernard and Katherine Beck Walkowiak. Bernard was retired from the U.S. Air Force. He enjoyed fishing, playing cards and bingo, He was known as a storyteller and enjoyed meeting his friends for coffee. He was an officer for the Disabled American Veterans and the NOTR Auxiliary Group. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Edward, a sister Katherine and a granddaughter Amber. He is survived by his beloved wife, Andrea Babyak Walkowiak, two daughters, Rianna Wallace and Jennifer Walkowiak, two sons, Bryan and Stefan, two step-daughters, Gina Groff (Michael), Rebecca Mackey (Steve), a brother Robert (Holly), a sister Pauline Korshiak, 7 grandchildren, Jeff , Drew, Dylan, Joey, Drake, Kaitlyn and Lexi, 3 great grandchildren. Friends will be received at the James W. Renee R. DiBiase, age 76 of Bristol Rhode Island died Monday, October 24, 2022. She was born August 17, 1946 in Braddock, Pa., a daughter of the late Henry and Ruth Balowitz DiBiase. Renee graduated from Wilmerding Westinghouse Memorial High School Class of 1964. She received her Bachelor degree in nursing from the University of Delaware. Renee was a Vietnam Veteran having served as a registered nurse for the Navy Nurse Corps where she retired as a commander. She enjoyed sailing and kayaking. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sister Toni Dempsey, her nephew, Blaine Messick. She is survived by her longtime friend, Kay Hess, a brother, Richard DiBiase (Kim), sister Jeanne Messick (Blaine). Friends will be received at the James W. Madeline B. Holecko, 89, of North Huntingdon, passed away Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at Juniper Village in Monroeville. She was born January 9, 1933 in Braddock, a daughter of the late Henry and Anna Hurst. Madeline was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, North Huntingdon. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, puzzles and trips to the casinos. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Regis, daughter Gina, four siblings, Hank, Richard, Edward and Harriet. She is survived by her son, Dennis and his wife Barbara and a sister Dorothy Vascko. Services are private.

Amy L. Youngerman, 40, of North Huntingdon passed away Saturday, October 22, 2022 at UPMC East. She was born June 9, 1982, a daughter of Hilda Brown Youngerman and the late Kenneth Youngerman. Amy was a nurses aid and enjoyed trips to the beach and hiking. She was preceded in death by her brother, Kenneth Youngerman and sister, Lisa Ann Youngerman. Michael R. Megon, 65, of Trafford, passed away Tuesday, October 18, 2022 at his home. He was born June 25, 1957 in Cleveland, OH, a son of the late Richard and Carmella (Meli) Megon. Michael was currently an insurance agent for Century Insurance Consultants in Monroeville. He was a member of St. Agnes Parish and a graduate of Penn Trafford High School Class of '75. He was an avid golfer, Lego enthusiast, Pittsburgh Pirates fan and diehard Cleveland Brown fan, and especially loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Joann (Kunkelmann) Megon; son, Bryan Megon and his wife, Katie; daughter, Lindsay Marco and her husband, David; brother, Corey (Diana) Megon; sister, Marcy (Gary) Snyder; grandchildren, Gavin, Riley, Chase, Parker and Charlotte. Mary Zurich, 92, of North Huntingdon, passed away Wednesday, October 19, 2022 at Walden's View, North Huntingdon. She was born May 13, 1930 in North Huntingdon, a daughter of the late John and Jessie Zurich. Prior to her retirement, Mary worked for Isaly's and was a member of St. Nicholas Serbian Orthodox Church, Monroeville. She enjoyed bowling and playing cards. Earl L. Simeral, 85, of North Huntingdon passed away Wednesday, October 19, 2022 at Forbes Regional Hospital. He was born June 14, 1937 in Wilkinsburg, a son of the late Earl and Margaret (Hoyko) Simeral. Prior to his retirement, Earl worked for US Steel and was a veteran of the US Army.
