Mary Patricia “Patsy” Sprentz Priselac Megliss, 86, a resident of Lincoln Boro for over 60 years, passed away on Thursday, April 4th 2019 at the John J. Kane Regional Center in McKeesport. She was born on August 1st, 1932 in Rilton, PA to the late Frank and Sarah Turnbull Sprentz.  Patsy was the loving wife of over 50 years to the surviving John J. Megliss. She is also survived by her children; Karen Linn of Elizabeth, and Holly Megliss of Lincoln Boro, granddaughter Jessica (David) Gross of Elizabeth, great-grandchildren Emma and Jackson Gross of Elizabeth, and her dog Rico.  Patsy was an avid reader, was an excellent cook and baker, enjoyed gardening and tending to her beautiful roses, and loved animals. She was a member of the St. Marks Church in Liberty Boro. Patsy was preceded in death by her son, Steven M. Priselac, siblings, Ethel Sprentz, Betty Lou Sprentz, John Sprentz, Julie Basista, Helen Bohacik, Frank Sprentz, Joe Sprentz, Evelyn McAvoy, Millie Huss, and Annie Ellis. David Anthony O’Dell, 64, of Glassport, formerly of Clairton, passed away Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at John J. Kane Reginal Center in McKeesport.  He was born January 8, 1955, in McKeesport, to the late Melvin O’Dell and Dorcas Aulenbach O’Dell of Elizabeth.  Along with his mother, David is survived by his loving wife, of 32 years, Mary S. Parks O’Dell; son, Steven Parks of Glassport; daughters, Jennifer (Fernand Vernet) O’Dell of Glassport, Lisa (Justin Hadley) O’Dell of North Versailles; brother, Dennis (Joyce) O’Dell of Monongahela and 1 sister.  He was a 1973 graduate of Clairton High School, a veteran of The US Air Force, having served for 14 years, he was a truck driver for Northwest Logistics Oil, Grimm Motor, Waste Management, Falcon Trucking, and U. S. Express Trucking Companies, and he enjoyed archery.  Arrangements have been entrusted to S. M. FINNEY FUNERAL HOME, 432 N. 6th Street, Clairton, PA  15025. Joseph Richard Gumpher Jr., 69, of Elizabeth, formerly of McKeesport, passed away at home Monday, February 25, 2019.  He was born July 29, 1949, in Turtle Creek, to the late Joseph R. Sr. and Agnes Mae Marks Gumpher.  Joseph is survived by his loving wife, of 49 years, Carolyn S. Waggoner Gumpher; children, Dennis J. Gumpher of White Oak, Joseph R. (Teresa) Gumpher III. of Elizabeth, daughter, Denise B. (David) Burke of Elizabeth; grandchildren, Melonie (Keith) Snyder of N. Huntingdon, David Burke Jr. of Elizabeth, Dylan Burke of Elizabeth, Joseph Gumpher IV of Elizabeth, Alexis Gumpher of Elizabeth, Kimberly Gumpher of Elizabeth, Madison Gumpher of Elizabeth, and his faithful dog Miss Lady; siblings, brother William Gumpher of Hermine, James Gumpher of Siegel Pa., sisters, Patricia Kristofik of Elizabeth, and Tina Gumpher of Elizabeth.  Joe had his own auto body, fender and mechanical business in Wilson for 20 years, worked at Finney Funeral Homes for 20 years, worked for various trucking companies, enjoyed camping, hunting, and loved dogs. Joan Lucille Lesh Ward, 90, of Clairton, passed away Saturday, February 16, 2019 at Baldwin Health Care Center.  She was born November 24, 1928, in Clairton, to the late George M. and Mary V. Mance Lesh.  Joan was the loving wife of 50 years to the late J. Donald Ward, who passed away in 2002. She is survived by daughter, Mary Ann Warcola of Clairton; niece, Suzanne Evans of Clairton; great-niece, Vanessa Evans of Brentwood; other nieces and nephews.  Along with her parents and spouse, Joan was preceded in death by her son, James G. Ward who passed away in 2011; sisters, Frances Nagy, Katherine Ach, and Mary Ann Marinich.  Joan was a 1946 graduate of Clairton High School, a 1950 business graduate of Duquesne University, a member of Croatian Fraternal Union Lodge #248 in Clairton, past member of St. Paulinus Church, and was presently a member of St. Clare of Assisi Church. Family and friends will be received, Friday, February 22, 2019 from 11 am – 1 pm at S. M. Betty Jean “B J” Budday, 89, of Jefferson Hills, passed away Friday, February 8, 2019 at AHN Jefferson Hospital.  She was born November 11, 1929, in McKeesport, to the late William and Opal McClelland Wilson.  Betty was the loving wife of the late Edgar W. Budday Sr. for 70 years.  She is survived by sons, Edgar W. Budday Jr. of Jefferson Hills, Joseph J. Budday of Jefferson Hills, James (Anna) Reid Budday of Wilson, SC; grandchildren, James W. and Michael R. Budday.  Along with her parents and spouse, Betty was preceded in death by siblings, Dolores Smith-Barber and William E. Wilson.  She was a graduate of McKeesport High School, attended Community College where she received a nursing degree, was a member of Pine Run UMC in Clairton where she taught Sunday School Class, enjoyed bowling, golfing, and was a Holy Matron in the Order of The Eastern Star.  Arrangements have been entrusted to S. Gary Edwin Blake, 72, of Clairton, passed away Monday, February 11, 2019 at AHN Jefferson Hospital.  He was born October 18, 1946 in McKeesport to the late William and Pearle Wyant Blake.  Gary is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Lucille Michaels Blake; daughter, Melody (Christopher) Volpe of Clairton; brother James Blake of Finleyville; nieces (especially Cindy Lukens) and nephews.  Along with his parents, Gary was preceded in death by brother, William Blake.  He was a 1964 graduate of McKeesport High School, an EMT,  was instrumental in organizing the original Clairton Ambulance Service, he worked for US Steel National Tube Works and Edgar Thompson Works, he enjoyed fishing, gardening, Nascar, and sports.  Visitation will take place Friday, February 15, 2019 from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 pm at S. M. Linda Jean Kovatch Petruzzi, 68, of West Mifflin, passed away at Southwestern Health Care Center, in West Mifflin, on Tuesday, February 5, 2019.  She was born October 25, 1950, in Swissvale, to the late Joseph and Ethel Boder Kovatch.  Linda is survived by daughter, Lori A. Petruzzi of West Mifflin, former spouse, John Petruzzi of West Mifflin, and grand-dog, Iggy.  She was a graduate of West Mifflin South High School,  formerly employed as an aircraft dispatcher at Corporate Air in West Mifflin, enjoyed cooking, watching the Food Network, and bowling.  Visitation will take place Saturday, February 9, 2019 from 11 am – 1 pm at S. Lawrence “Bub” William Trimnal, 90, of Clairton, formerly of Winter Haven, FL, passed away at home, surrounded by his adoring family, on Friday, January 18, 2019.  He was born January 6, 1929 in McKeesport to the late Irby and Janet Wilds Trimnal.  Bub is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Shirley A. Bobbs Trimnal; sons, Lawrence Trimnal of Clairton, William Trimnal of Clairton, Erick (Sandy) Trimnal of Finleyville, Keith (Cindy) Trimnal of Clairton; daughter, Valerie (August) Smarra of Jefferson Hills; brother, Odis (Dodi) Trimnal of Dravosburg; daughter-in-law, Linda Trimnal of Rock Hill, SC; 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.  Along with his parents, Bub was preceded in death by son, Barry Trimnal; siblings, Charles Trimnal, Wayne Trimnal, and Doris Stock.  He was a proud veteran of the US Army having served during the Korean Conflict, before retiring, Bub was an iron worker and was a member of Local #3 Iron Worker’s Union.  He was a member of VFW Post 803 in Clairton, enjoyed golf, and loved spending time with his family.  Aside from his love and pride for his family and his country, Bub fulfilled a promise he made to himself when, at age 57, he received his GED.  Arrangements have been entrusted to S. Jesse Donald LaFollette, 83, of Clairton, formerly of Elizabeth, Glassport and Show Low, AZ, passed away Thursday, January 17, 2019 at Baldwin Health Center.  He was born May 25, 1935, in Brownsville to the late William Henry Harrison LaFollette and Minnie Marie Smith LaFollette.  Jesse is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Barbara Ann Tognarini LaFollette; sons, Chris LaFollette of West Elizabeth, Glenn (Pammela) LaFollette of Springfield, MO, Don (Kim) LaFollette of Elizabeth; daughters, Barbara “Babs” (Don) Cade of Washington, D.C., Sheryl (Joe) Ingram of Port Vue, Angela LaFollette of Richeyville, PA, Teressa LaFollette of Whitaker, Rene (Rodney) Wallace of Verona;  brothers, William LaFollette and Ronald (Peggy) LaFollette both of Cleveland, Earl (Linda) LaFollette of Fort Meyers, FL; 17 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.  Along with his parents, Jesse was preceded in death by siblings, Francis, Carl, Ida, and Gladys.  He was an associate of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in West Mifflin, owned LaFollette Heating and AC, was retired from US Steel National Tube Works in McKeesport, was a sports enthusiast with baseball being his favorite.  Visitation will take place from 2 - 4 pm on Sunday, January 20, 2019 at E. Bernadette “Bernie” Anne Coneway, 65, of Clairton, passed away at AHN Jefferson Hospital on Thursday, January 10, 2019.  She was born in McKeesport April 15, 1953 to the late Joseph and Martha Laver Stercula.  Bernie was the spouse of the late Dale Coneway.  She is survived by children, Raymond Zwibel of Allentown, Nicole Stercula of Clairton, son, Christopher Coneway of Clairton; grandchildren, Marcus, Alexis, Carmella, Delrice, Marrisa, Elijah; great-grandchildren, Bella, Treyvon, Aleenah; siblings, Joseph (Darla) Stercula of McKeesport, Theresa Minda of Elizabeth, and Mary Marasco of Clairton. Barbara Lee “Barbie” Havanets Burch, 75, of Port Vue, passed away at UPMC McKeesport Sunday, January 6, 2019.  She was born November 30, 1943 to the late Joseph and Veronica Havanets.  Barbie is survived by daughters, Rebecca Burch of Smithton, Beth (William) Atkins of Port Vue; grandchildren, Brooklynn and Billy Atkins.  Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Shirley Bertelman and former husband, Robert “Bird Dog” Burch.  Barbie lived her entire life in the Mon Valley area, loved hummingbirds, and loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.  Arrangements have been entrusted to E. Emil Cominotti, 94, of Dravosburg, passed away at home, surrounded by his family, on Saturday, December 8, 2018.  He was born December 31, 1923, in Willock, PA, to the late Primo and Sylvia Natek Cominotti.  Emil was a loving husband, for 59 years, to the late Loretta “Gerry” Geraldine McCallister Cominotti.  Emil is survived by son, Mark Cominotti of Dravosburg; daughter, Christine (Mike) Gobbie of Glassport; grandchildren, Stephanie, Bob, Emily, Nicki, Erin, Anthony, Wesley, Michael, Mark, and Carly; great-grandchildren, Luke and Morgan who he loved dearly; sister, Jane Muller of OH; nieces and nephews.  Along with his parents and spouse, Emil was preceded in death by sons, James and Dale Cominotti.  He was a Staff Sergeant in the US Army during WWII, a member of St. Marks Roman Catholic Church,  a lifetime member of  Dravosburg American Legion Post 380, and Dravosburg Volunteer Fire Company #1.  Emil retired from US Steel Edgar Thomson works after 44 years of employment, he was known to his co-workers in the Bop Shop as “Ponzi”. In the 60’s and 70’s, he was proud to be a baseball coach and vice president of  the Dravosburg Boys’ Club.  He was an avid hunter/fisherman and Pittsburgh Sports aficionado. Visitation will take place Friday, December 14, 2018 from 2 – 4 and 6 - 8 at I. M. FINNEY FUNERAL HOME, 203 4TH Street, Dravosburg,  PA   15034.  A mass will take place on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at 9:30 am at St. Marks Catholic Church in Liberty Boro, followed by interment at Jefferson Memorial Park in Pleasant Hills. Genevieve “Ginny” Margaret Gusky Mihalov, 93, of Clairton, passed away peacefully, in her sleep, Saturday, December 1, 2018.  She was born September 30, 1925 in Shadyside, OH to the late Stanley and Josephine Mackwiecz Gusky.  Ginny was the loving wife of the late Laurence “Larry” J. Mihalov who passed away in 2012.  She is survived by daughters, Linda (John) Donnelly of Clairton, Kristine (Sven) Nelson of Denver, CO; grandchildren, Kristy-Lynne, Sven Jr., Holly, Patrick, Bridget, Alex; 7 great-grandchildren; brother John (Wanita) Gusky; sister-in-law, Mary Ann Michaels; nieces and nephews.  Along with her parents and husband, Ginny was preceded in death by sisters, Lois Kanda, Pearl Martin; brothers, Charles Gusky and Stanley Gusky.  She was a member of Ascension of Our Lord Byzantine Catholic Church in Clairton, AARP Clairton Chapter # 1612. Ginny loved playing games with her grandchildren, was an excellent seamstress who enjoyed sewing for herself and her family, made the very best apple pie, was an avid reader as well as an enthusiastic traveler, visiting Europe, Asia, the Holy Land,  North and Central America.  Visitation will take place Tuesday, December 4, 2018 from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 pm at S. M.
