Larry Robert Williams, 80, of Elizabeth, passed away at Jefferson Hospital, on Sunday, April 21, 2019. He was born December 28, 1938, to the late John and Jessie Trumpie Williams. Larry is survived by his son; Jerry R. (Darlene) Williams of Espyville, Pa., daughter Sheri Williams of Elizabeth, and granddaughter; Jessica Buckery of Elizabeth. He was preceded in death by his wife, Diana Barca Williams. Larry was an avid fisherman, he was a member of the Blaine Hill and Elizabeth Fire Department, and the Sportsman Club of Pymatuning Pa. He also worked for Mesta Machine in Homestead Pa., and Elizabeth Forward School District as a custodian. Mary Adele Nolfi Cipriani, 84, a resident of Glassport, peacefully passed away on Wednesday, April 10, 2019, at Riverside Care Center in McKeesport. She was born on May 28, 1934 to the late Eligio and Adele DelFiugo Nolfi. She is survived by her loving husband Arthur R. Cipriani Sr. Also surviving are her children; Arthur R. (Ann) Cipriani Jr. of Jefferson Hills, Michael V. Cipriani of Staten Island N.Y., Elise C. (Kevin) Wright of Glassport, David A. (Suzanne) Cipriani of Bethel Park, and Cherise A. (Cory) Brawner of Bethel Park. Mary also had nine beautiful grandchildren, Jason, Emily (Brian), Bianca, Michael, Kevin, Catherine, Thomas, Sophia, Scarlett and two great-grandchildren, Elijah and Emmett. Mary enjoyed gardening, music, and spending time with her family. She received a full Catholic Scholarship resulting in a BS Biology at Duquesne University. Also known as “Miss Mary” she was the owner and director of Glassport Play and Learn Nursery school and was a former member of St. Cecelia R.C. Church of Glassport and now Corpus Christi of McKeesport. Mary was preceded in death by her sisters, Lena Dacquisto, Helen Sovich, brothers, Dr. E. James Nolfi, and Del Nolfi. Mary Patricia “Patsy” Sprentz Priselac Megliss, 86, a resident of Lincoln Boro for over 60 years, passed away on Thursday, April 4th 2019 at the John J. Kane Regional Center in McKeesport. She was born on August 1st, 1932 in Rilton, PA to the late Frank and Sarah Turnbull Sprentz. Patsy was the loving wife of over 50 years to the surviving John J. Megliss. She is also survived by her children; Karen Linn of Elizabeth, and Holly Megliss of Lincoln Boro, granddaughter Jessica (David) Gross of Elizabeth, great-grandchildren Emma and Jackson Gross of Elizabeth, and her dog Rico. Patsy was an avid reader, was an excellent cook and baker, enjoyed gardening and tending to her beautiful roses, and loved animals. She was a member of the St. Marks Church in Liberty Boro. Patsy was preceded in death by her son, Steven M. Priselac, siblings, Ethel Sprentz, Betty Lou Sprentz, John Sprentz, Julie Basista, Helen Bohacik, Frank Sprentz, Joe Sprentz, Evelyn McAvoy, Millie Huss, and Annie Ellis. David Anthony O’Dell, 64, of Glassport, formerly of Clairton, passed away Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at John J. Kane Reginal Center in McKeesport. He was born January 8, 1955, in McKeesport, to the late Melvin O’Dell and Dorcas Aulenbach O’Dell of Elizabeth. Along with his mother, David is survived by his loving wife, of 32 years, Mary S. Parks O’Dell; son, Steven Parks of Glassport; daughters, Jennifer (Fernand Vernet) O’Dell of Glassport, Lisa (Justin Hadley) O’Dell of North Versailles; brother, Dennis (Joyce) O’Dell of Monongahela and 1 sister. He was a 1973 graduate of Clairton High School, a veteran of The US Air Force, having served for 14 years, he was a truck driver for Northwest Logistics Oil, Grimm Motor, Waste Management, Falcon Trucking, and U. Joan Lucille Lesh Ward, 90, of Clairton, passed away Saturday, February 16, 2019 at Baldwin Health Care Center. She was born November 24, 1928, in Clairton, to the late George M. and Mary V. Mance Lesh. Joan was the loving wife of 50 years to the late J. Donald Ward, who passed away in 2002. She is survived by daughter, Mary Ann Warcola of Clairton; niece, Suzanne Evans of Clairton; great-niece, Vanessa Evans of Brentwood; other nieces and nephews. Gary Edwin Blake, 72, of Clairton, passed away Monday, February 11, 2019 at AHN Jefferson Hospital. He was born October 18, 1946 in McKeesport to the late William and Pearle Wyant Blake. Gary is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Lucille Michaels Blake; daughter, Melody (Christopher) Volpe of Clairton; brother James Blake of Finleyville; nieces (especially Cindy Lukens) and nephews. Along with his parents, Gary was preceded in death by brother, William Blake. He was a 1964 graduate of McKeesport High School, an EMT, was instrumental in organizing the original Clairton Ambulance Service, he worked for US Steel National Tube Works and Edgar Thompson Works, he enjoyed fishing, gardening, Nascar, and sports. Lawrence “Bub” William Trimnal, 90, of Clairton, formerly of Winter Haven, FL, passed away at home, surrounded by his adoring family, on Friday, January 18, 2019. He was born January 6, 1929 in McKeesport to the late Irby and Janet Wilds Trimnal. Bub is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Shirley A. Bobbs Trimnal; sons, Lawrence Trimnal of Clairton, William Trimnal of Clairton, Erick (Sandy) Trimnal of Finleyville, Keith (Cindy) Trimnal of Clairton; daughter, Valerie (August) Smarra of Jefferson Hills; brother, Odis (Dodi) Trimnal of Dravosburg; daughter-in-law, Linda Trimnal of Rock Hill, SC; 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Along with his parents, Bub was preceded in death by son, Barry Trimnal; siblings, Charles Trimnal, Wayne Trimnal, and Doris Stock. He was a proud veteran of the US Army having served during the Korean Conflict, before retiring, Bub was an iron worker and was a member of Local #3 Iron Worker’s Union. He was a member of VFW Post 803 in Clairton, enjoyed golf, and loved spending time with his family.
