She was a faithful member of Ss, Peter and Paul Byzantine Catholic Church, Duquesne, and the Parish Club, were she was very active in fund raising and raffle ticket sales. She was also a member of the Allegheny County Retirees Association, a volunteer for Meals on Wheels in McKeesport and enjoyed bowling in the "Morning Glories Bowling League and a past bowler of the Tuesday Night SS. Peter and Paul League.

Mike Godich, Jr, 87, of Bethesda, MD, died Saturday, June 11, 2016, in Suburban Hospital. Born in McKeesport, PA, Dec. 12, 1928, he was the son of the late Milosh and Ljubica (Vuich) Godich. Joining the Army at the age of 17, Mike was a WWII veteran stationed in post-war Germany during his tour. Following the war, he returned to the McKeesport area to pursue his career and raise a family. Mike was a long-time White Oak resident before moving from the area in 2004.
