She retired as an administrative assistant for CFA Architects and Planners in Pittsburgh.  Norma was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Duquesne.  She was extremely interested in genealogy and was an avid pet lover.

She was born in Martinsburg, West Virginia on October 30, 1921 and is the daughter of the late Charles D. and Margaret Kennel Rudy and the wife of the late Brooke Kimble, Sr. and the late Charles A. May. She was retired from Port Authority of NY/NJ & Food Service at the Lincoln Tunnels in New Jersey. She was a member of the McKeesport Alliance Church, enjoyed reading and cooking.

She is survived by daughters, Gail (James) Kelly of White Oak, Gerry Reese of Beaver; many many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; also nieces and nephews.

Marilyn Ruth Mular, age 89, of White Oak, died on Tuesday, February 23, 2021. She was born in McKeesport, PA on August 17, 1931 and is the daughter of the late John and Mary Hayduk Rice and the wife of the late Joseph Mular. Marilyn was a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and was a retired elementary education teacher from the McKeesport Area School District. She was a substitute teacher for the McKeesport schools after her retirement as well as a volunteer at St. Angela Merici School. Marilyn was a part time math teacher for the Allegheny Intermediate Unit and a former volunteer cub scout leader. She was a current member of St. Angela Merici Church where she was active through the years and a volunteer for the McKeesport Regional History & Heritage Center. In her earlier years she was very much interested in the stock market and enjoyed watching it daily.

Thomas William Macko, age 91, died on Sunday, February 21, 2021 at Landis Homes in Lititz, PA. Born on March 7, 1929 in Homestead, PA he is the son of the late Andrew and Anna Copan Macko who both emigrated from Slovakia at a young age, and the husband of the late Rosemarie Klemens Macko. 

Tom and Rosemarie married three days after Christmas in 1954 so they could move together to Anchorage, Alaska for two years as he had been deployed by the US Army following the Korean War. While he was stationed in Alaska, he conducted infantry radio reconnaissance along the coast of the Bering Sea with Russia.  Upon returning in 1956, Tom and Rosemarie moved to White Oak, PA and began to raise their family of five children, living on McKee Road for their entire lives. After nearly 30 years he retired as a manager of structural steel drafting from Bethlehem Steel and joined the firm Lake of Chicago to establish and manage their Pittsburgh branch, retiring for good when he turned 70.

She was the daughter of the late Harry Lindsley Peebly and AnnaBelle (Nolder) Peebly Jones. Born March 13, 1932, she was born and raised in McKeesport’s 10th Ward.

She was the wife of Thomas R. Bauer, who died February 21, 1990. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded by her brothers and their spouses: Jack W (Emma) Peebly; Chester H. (Margaret) Peebly; Don B. (Wilhemina, Josephine) Peebly; and Ramon L. Peebly; and nephews Chester Peebly II and Marty Peebly.
