Donna M. (Walt) Krepps, age 81, of Sutersville, formerly of Elizabeth Twp., passed away on Thursday, December 1, 2022 at home. She retired in 2008 as a nurses aid at Southwestern Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in West Mifflin and was a former bus driver in the Elizabeth Forward School District. Born October 30, 1941 in Belle Vernon, she was a daughter of the late Samuel and Lenora (Milby) Walt. She is survived by her daughters, Kimberly (Kenneth) Jarmon of Elizabeth Twp., and Christy Jordan of Waco, TX; six grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; sister, Mary Bell of Perryopolis; long-time friend, Walter M. Jory; also, a nephew and two nieces. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by beloved son, Craig S. Krepps, and sister, Beverly J. Pierce. Friends will be received in the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, 221 North Second Avenue, Elizabeth on Sunday, December 4, 2022 from 12 Noon until a prayer service at 4 PM with the Rev. R. Paul Walter officiating. A funeral service will take place on Monday, December 5, 2022 at 10 AM in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. R. Paul Walter officiating. Burial will follow in Round Hill Cemetery, Elizabeth Twp. David J. Baier, age 64 of Clairton, passed away on Thursday, December 1, 2022 in Jefferson Hospital. Born June 8, 1958 in Pittsburgh, he was a son of Ann (Pitassi) Baier of Shaler and the late Frederick Baier. A member of Triumph of the Holy Cross Parish, St. Clare of Assisi Church in Clairton and a recently retired Land Administrator for Acosta Sales and Marketing, David was a music lover who DJ'ed in his younger days; a karate instructor in his even younger days, and maintained a knack for computers and tech savvy throughout his lifeitme. Most importantly, in his retirement cut too short, he loved to spend time with his grandchildren. David is survived by his wife of 39 years Jane Marie (Prosperino) Baier; his children Lisa (Kevin Bickerton) Baier of Clairton and David Baier of Orlando, FL; his grandchildren Kai, Antonio, Jonah, and Emma; his sisters Jeannine (Frank) Konzier of Shaler and Suzanna (Bill) O'Mullen of Philadelphia; and also nieces and nephews. Besides his father, David was preceded in death by his brother Dennis Baier.

Joanne P. Fulmer, age 74 of Clairton, passed away on Thursday, December 1, 2022 at home. Born May 6, 1948 in Pittsburgh, she was a daughter of the late John and Mary (Koronsky) Murray. Joanne was a member of Calvary Chapel South Pittsburgh in West Elizabeth and worked in Medical Records at South Pittsburgh Urology Associates in Jefferson Hills. She is survived by her husband Joel Fulmer; her children Kelly (Dan) Tatrai and Kenny Tatrai; her grandchildren Kevin (Ashley) Tatrai, Victoria (Chris) Sells, Emily (Nick) Scatena and Abigail (Eddie) Scatena; and her great-grandchildren Alexander, Natalie, Madalynn, and Lucas.

Paul J. “Puddo” Slavick, age 88, of West Elizabeth, passed away on Thursday, November 24, 2022 at home. He was a retired laborer for Joseph E. DeChicchis and Co. in Elizabeth and a former employee of Swift Homes. A U.S. Army veteran, he was a member of St. Joachim and Anne Parish, St. Michael’s Church in Elizabeth Twp. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, the outdoors, and spending time at his former camp in Tionesta. Born February 8, 1934 in Elizabeth Twp., he was a son of the late Paul M. and Stephanna (Anjeski) Slavick. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Virginia “Gin” (Werner) Slavick; sisters, Stella Smith of Elizabeth, Joann Weiss of Jefferson Hills and Patricia Wedel of Pleasant Hills; brothers, George (Judy) Slavick of Elizabeth Twp. and Michael Slavick of Belle Vernon; also, nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by siblings, Mary Catherine Soukovich, Phyllis Martin, Margaret Roberts, Marion McKernan, John and Joseph Slavick. No visitation is planned. Shirley M. (Lycett) Trail, age 81, of Elizabeth, passed away on Monday, November 14, 2022 at home. A retired nurse at Jefferson Hospital, she enjoyed going to bingo and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Born April 12, 1941 in Finleyville, she was a daughter of the late David and Alberta (Robinson) Lycett and wife of the late Howard J. Trail Sr. She is survived by daughters, Linda Trail of Elizabeth and LuAnn (David) Britton of Bethel Park; son, Howard J. Carmine Anthony John Bossio, age 70, of South Park, passed away peacefully following an acute event on Friday, November 11, 2022 at Family Hospice in Lawrenceville. Carmine was born June 21, 1952 in Charleston, WV to the late Filippo and Lidia (Depasquale) Bossio. He subsequently resided in Brookline, Baldwin Township, and then South Park Township for the last 30+ years. Carmine achieved a degree in sciences followed by undergraduate studies at the University of Pittsburgh. He was employed since the age of 16 until 62 primarily in the bakery and pastry business. This included but was not limited to managerial positions at both Giant Eagle and Kuhn’s Market, then co-ownership of a pie and pastry business. He was an avid fan of the Steelers and his true joy in life was spending time with family and those he considered family. He was a fun-loving, overt man who could effortlessly achieve an audience at any time and in any place. Carmine is survived by his wife of 46 years Mary Lou (McCarty) Bossio; son, Phillip (Sarah) Bossio; in-laws, Penny Hillman and Jay (Diane) McCarty; grandchildren, Zarah and Amelia; sister, Rosanna Siegfried; nieces, Karen McCarty and children and Jennifer (Mike) Siegfried; nephews, Brian Siegfried, Nick (Nicole) Niggle, Shaun (Tyeasha) Hillman and Corey (Tiffani) Hillman; great-nephews, Riley and Rowan Siegfried, Ryan and Brayden Hillman and Landon Niggle; aunts, Elma (Bob) Hull and Grace Depasquale; multiple cousins, and lifelong friend, Johnny McDonough; among many others. He was predeceased by his mother-in-law, Myrna (McCarty) Kemple; stepfather-in-law, Michael Kemple; uncles, Tony and John Depasquale; aunts, Theresa Provenzano, Anita (Cappy) Capitosto and Nancy Depasquale; brothers-in-law, Robert Hillman and Donald Siegfried; sister-in-law, Cindy (McCarty) Niggle; and cousins, Phillip Provenzano and Stephen Depasquale.
