Ronald Spencer, Sr., 72, years old of Haleiwa, Hawaii, passed away Monday, July 3, 2017 at home.

He was born December 31, 1944 in McKeesport, PA, son of Lucinda Spencer Mayo and the late Calvin L King; he was also preceded in death by siblings, Darnell Spencer, Calvin L. King, Jr., and Anna King-James.

He was a proud United State Navy veteran and worked as an Electrician.

Left to cherish his memories are his children, Benjamin Spencer of California, Ronald Spencer, Jr. of Anchorage, AK, Ronnita (Mac) Simons of Columbia, SC, Lestine "Tiny" Spencer of Oahu, HI; his mother, Lucinda Spencer Mayo of Clairton; his granddaughter, whom he raised, Kamé Spencer of Oahu, HI and an additional eleven grandchildren and one great-grandchildren; siblings, Anita Spencer-Hammons of Clairton, Dwight King and Donna (Douglas) Smith all of New York, NY, Yvette Redrick of Bristol, PA, Brian (Panchita) King of San Antonio, TX; three aunts, Juanita Witherspoon of Gary, IN, Josephine Brown of Clairton, and Doris Nash of Clairton; nieces, nephews, cousins, and many loving friends.

Friends will be received Friday from 4-8 p.m. at Morning Star Baptist Church, 307 Shaw Avenue, Clairton, Pennsylvania, where services will be held on Saturday at 11:00 a.m.

Interment will be private.

Arrangements entrusted to the Robert A. Waters Funeral Home, Inc., Clairton, PA.
