Tai 'Mir Maurice Malloy-Davidson, age 2, of Glassport, Pennsylvania, affectionately known as Nunny Bookie, Baby Tru, Baby Man, Tater Tot, Baby Tai, and Two-Step was born November 3, 2020, at 1:48 pm at UPMC Magee Women’s Hospital, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He was the beloved son of Tai 'Mir Young-Davidson and Aniya Malloy.

Tai 'Mir departed this life peacefully surrounded by his loving family at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, on August 10, 2023.

Tai 'Mir loved to sing, Cocomelon, and Dinosaurs. He sang more than he talked! “Thoughts that he may have been singing with the angels” He learned how to count from 1-20 and he knew his ABCs too. He loved walking around playing with the remote control and he controlled ALL the TVs in the house! He brought so much joy & happiness into all our lives and everyone he encountered. Although his time with us was brief, Tai 'Mir will always and forever be in our hearts and minds.

Tai 'Mir will be dearly missed by his loving parents; Aniya Malloy and Tai 'Mir Young-Davidson; siblings; Gensis and Gezelle Wright; maternal grandmother; Aurelia Bey-Malloy; paternal grandparents; Thomas W. Young IV, Danielle Davidson and Ezekiel Dennison (Pops); great-grandparent; Aurelia Ann Malloy, Lanette & William R. Smith, Daniel Davidson, Thomas W. Young III, Jennifer Hawkins, and Jody Harris (Papa); great-great-grandparents; Marlene Davidson and Patricia Hawkins; aunts; Karleeyah Sullivan, Angel Malloy, Azena Malloy, and Taytana Malloy; uncles; Amon Malloy, Jeahiah Malloy, Dae’on Davidson, Karl Sullivan, and bonus“ GG” Jasmine Ward, and a host many family and friends.
