William Kenneth Law, II, 52, was born March 4, 1969 and raised in McKeesport, Pennsylvania. He briefly resided in Austin, Texas. William was known best as Big Shug -  Shuggy bear or as his God mother, God rest her soul Beverly Banks referred to him as “Bam Bam.”

William graduated from McKeesport Senior High School. He also earned a scholarship to Arizona State University.  While attending Arizona State, William found his green thumb. He had a passion for plants and always for football. He also loved his fish Joan Brown given to him by his aunt Joanie. Above all, William loved his family and friends, he had a big heart. He loved good food.

On Tuesday, October 5, 2021, William was called to his eternal home. He was preceded in death by his father pap William Kenneth Law I, sister Crystale DeLainia Law, and niece Precious DeLainia DeAnne Law.

William is survived by his loving mother, Peggy A. (Allen) Law of McKeesport, PA; daughter, Essense Denise Law of Austin, TX; granddaughter, DeLainia Denise Law of Austin, TX;  sister, Lena Paula Law-Williams of Austin, TX; brother, Michael Stinson of McKeesport, PA; nephew, Jerome Skyler Law of McKeesport, PA; great nephew, Jerome Skyler Law Jr. of McKeesport, PA; uncle Snooky James Allen of McKeesport, PA; aunts, Sandy, Dorothy, Gladys, Helen, and Eleanor; close family and friends, Kenneth Brown, James Johnson, Charles Martin, Kevin Brown, Jerrol Gorden, Tiffany Allen Swindle, Howard Proctor, Wendy Payne, and Kay Patrick.

Arrangements were in charge of Robert A. Waters Funeral Home Inc.
