Keith A. Hayduk, 63, of Columbus OH, died Sunday, July 18, 2021, after battling a number of health issues.  He was born Sept 7, 1957 in McKeesport PA.  He was the third son of the late Harry and Lucille (Matto) Hayduk. 

Keith grew up in Liberty Boro PA and graduated from South Allegheny High School.  He also attended Penn State University and spent his early adult years in Johnstown PA, working as a salesman before moving to Columbus OH, where he held various jobs. Keith loved music, attending concerts, and visiting the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Museum frequently. 

He was an avid Big Ten sports fan with a special spot in his heart for his Penn State Nittany Lions and his beloved Pittsburgh Steelers.  He was a lifelong golfer and volunteered every year at the Memorial Golf Tournament.

Along with his parents, Keith was preceded in death by his grandparents, his sister-in-law Gail Hayduk, and his great niece Mikenzie Ginsberg.  Keith is survived by two brothers, George Hayduk of St. George UT and Mark (Lori) Hayduk of Venetia PA, his two nieces, Kelly (Sean) Ginsberg of Downingtown PA,  Bethany Hayduk of Venetia PA, his nephew Mark Hayduk of Lewes DE, and his great niece Mikayla Ann. 

Keith will also be remembered lovingly by his close friend Tom Martello and family of Columbus OH, his cousin Marcia Ianno of Illinois, and many other family and friends. A memorial service will be planned in the future and internment will be at St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church Cemetery in McKeesport PA. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to your local humane society to honor his love of dogs.

Arrangements were in charge of Leaf Cremation of Ohio.
