Dorretta L. Petach

Dorretta L. Petach, age 83 of White Oak, passed away on Saturday, January 9, 2016 in Forbes Regional Hospital in Monroeville.  Born December 18, 1932 in McKeesport, she was a daughter of the late William R. McCarthy, Sr. and Aurellia (Coster) McCarthy. 

 A member of St. Nicholas Byzantine Catholic Church in McKeesport, Dorretta joins her late husband of 49 years, William R. Petach, Sr., who died April 30, 1999.  She is survived by her daughters Jewell Coulter of McKeesport, Helen Lundberg of Bethel Park, Linda (William) Murtha of Mt. Vernon, Theresa Opielowski of San Diego, CA, and Billie Ann (David) Mauritz of North Huntingdon; her son William R. (Paula) Petach, Jr. of North Huntingdon; eleven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and also nieces and nephews.  Friends will be received in the Daniel F. Bekavac Funeral Home and Crematory, 4504 Walnut St., Versailles Borough, McKeesport, PA 15132 (412-678-3454) on Tuesday, January 12, 2016 from 9:30 AM until an 11 AM Panachida Service followed by a 12 Noon Funeral Liturgy in St. Nicholas Church with Fr.
