 Donald Amore, 73, of Glassport, formerly of Elizabeth, passed away on Wednesday, June 15, 2016, in Jefferson Hospital. 

He was a former employee at U.S. Steel Irvin Works and was the former owner of Demand Services, Inc. in West Elizabeth. An avid Steelers and Penguins fan, he was also a former coach at Clairton, Elizabeth and South Allegheny. Born March 11, 1943, in McKeesport, he was a son of the late Elviro and Yolanda (Campea) Amore. He is survived by his wife, Michele K. (Milkovich) Amore; sons, J. Ryan (Tanya) Finneran of Green Tree and Shaun (Tiffany) Finneran of Lincoln Borough; three grandchildren, Ryleigh, Miles and Alina Finneran; sisters, Patricia Fuller of Elizabeth and Barbara Custer of South Park; brother, Chuck(Deborah) Amore of Canonsburg; also, nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sisters, Margaret, Julie, Elva Louise, Ruth Angeline, Imogene, and Sondra. Friends will be received in the Daniel F. Bekavac Funeral Home & Crematory, 4504 Walnut Street, Versailles, PA 15132 on Friday, June 17, 2016 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM. A blessing service will take place on Saturday at 10 AM in the funeral home with Rev. Daniel Straughn officiating. Burial will follow in Jefferson Memorial Park.
