Raymond George Motto, 69, of Liberty Borough, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, May 12, 2016. He was born December 13, 1946 in McKeesport and was the son of the late George Raymond and Vivian Craig Motto and was the husband of the late Dian "Dee" Evans Motto. Raymond was a retired Crane man for US Steel Irvin Works and was a US Navy Veteran serving during the Vietnam War. He was a member of the Liberty Borough Veterans Association.

He is survived by his sons, Raymond Wayne (Jennifer) Motto and Dennis Shane Motto of Liberty Borough, his wife, Norma Raymer Motto, step-daughters, Heather Cribbs of Liberty Borough and Jennifer (Charles) Sethman of Port Vue, brother, Craig Motto of McKeesport, step-grandchildren, Charles Sethman III and Abigale Sethman, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, William Jackson. Friends are welcome from 2-4 and 6-8, Monday, May 16 at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township. (Drew J. Gilbert-Director). Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday, May 17, at 10:00 am with The Rev. Jody Dausey, officiating.
