Laura Mae (Hansen) Kircher

Laura Mae (Hansen) Kircher, age 69, of Liberty Boro passed away Saturday, November 3, 2018. She was born February 25, 1949 in Wilkinsburg, the daughter of the late Harry and Annetta (Hardman) Hansen. She worked as Doctor’s Assistant for over 10 years with Dr. David Jacobs in McKeesport. She enjoyed computers, jigsaw puzzles, gardening, flowers, and butterflies and was an avid reader. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Donald H. Kircher Sr.; grandson Breanne Byrne; and brother Harry “Bud” F. (Patti) Hansen. She is survived by her children Donald H. (Wilma) Kircher Jr. of Liberty Boro, Kristina R. (fiancé Melvin Rodgers) Byrne of Glassport and Karrie Anne (Rodney) Krivansky of Glassport; 14 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews; and her dog Ginger.
