Leonard Tramonte, 79, of Irwin, died Saturday September 1, 2018, at home. He was born April 14, 1939, in Pittsburgh, a son of the late Michael and Julia (Falce) Tramonte and was also preceded in death by a brother Thomas. Lenny was a retired chef but more importantly a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother. He loved to fish and loved spending time with family especially pasta dinners on Sunday. He is survived by his wife of 26 years Teresa M. “Terri” (Hixon) Tramonte; his daughters Jennifer (Gregory) Eshom and Jessica (Steven) Dean; his grandchildren Gianna, Nicholas, Julia, Jacob, Sophia, and Olivia; his siblings Richard Tramonte and Madeline (Leonard) Fusco; also nieces and nephews including his special nephew James (Toni) Tramonte.

Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the William Snyder Funeral Home, 521 Main Street, Irwin, 724-863-1200. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Heritage Baptist Church, 1015 Lowry Ave., Jeannette. Interment will follow in Allegheny Cemetery.
