Warren H. McCarthy Sr., age 67, of Greensburg, passed away Thursday, March 1, 2018. He was born February 28, 1951 in McKeesport, a son of Shirley (Dannenhauer) McCarthy and the late Harry G. McCarthy. He was proud to be a truck driver and volunteered as a fireman at Dept. 4 in Hartford Heights, Dept. 10 in Adamsburg and most recently at Dept. 61 in Hyde Park. In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his brother Dale McCarthy. He is survived by his loving wife of over 27 years Norma (Dempsey) McCarthy; children Warren McCarthy Jr., Justin McCarthy, Christopher (Tarah) McCarthy and Melanie McCarthy; many grandchildren; and brother Kim McCarthy.

Friends and Family will be received from 10 a.m. till time of funeral service at 1 p.m. Saturday at the William Snyder Funeral Home, Inc., 521 Main Street, Irwin, 724-863-1200. Interment will follow at Penn Lincoln Memorial Park in North Huntingdon Twp. In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the family.
