Marilyn L. (Maple) Dwyer, age 69, of Perryopolis and formerly of Elizabeth, passed away on Thursday, February 8, 2018 at UPMC Presbyterian. She was a member of Perryopolis Baptist Church and a former volunteer at the Elizabeth Food Bank. She had a love for music and was a distinguished pianist and organist at many local churches and events.

Born May 11, 1948 in McKeesport, she was a daughter of the late Charles A. and Merribelle (Kildow) Maple and wife of the late William Dwyer. She is survived by sons, Allen D. (Crickett) Householder of Cranberry Twp. and Charles Householder of Elizabeth; grandchildren, Emma and Lachlan Householder; and sister, Carrol (James Richardson) Hilles of Penn Hills. No visitation is planned. A memorial service will take place on Saturday, March 17, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Perryopolis Baptist Church, 3378 Pittsburgh Road, Perryopolis, PA 15473. There will be a luncheon immediately after the service. Arrangements by the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, Elizabeth.
