Hazusettz Myers, 70, of McKeesport, Pennsylvania, passed away Monday, July 10, 2017 at home.
Born August 27, 1946 in Charleston, SC, son of the late Franklin and Callie Ann Belle Myers; he was also preceded in death by son, Jason Myers Liser, siblings, Alfonsa and Christine Bell; brother-in-law, Michael K. Mack.
Hazusettz was a member of St. Matthews A.M.E. Zion Church in Sewickley. He worked as a Railroad Clerk for New York City Transit Authority and also proudly served two tours of duty in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.
Surviving are loving wife, Kimberly Mack-Myers of McKeesport; children, Avianelle Myers of NY, Suzette (Robert) King of SC, Hazusettz D. Myers of PA, Salik Myers of NC, Nathanial (Sharay) Robert of NY, Quentin Mack of NY, Andrew Myers of NC, Chazlee Myers of PA, Sterling Myers of PA; fourteen grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; mother-in-law, Sarah Moore of NY; brother-in-law, Osceola J. Mack of NY; nieces, nephews, cousins and many loving friends.
Friends will be received Friday from 4-8 p.m. at the Robert A. Waters Funeral Home, Inc., 2326 Jenny Lind Street, McKeesport, Pennsylvania and Saturday from 12-3 p.m. at St. Matthew’s A.M.E. Zion Church, 345 Thorn Street, Sewickley, PA 15143, where services will begin at 3:00 p.m.
Interment will follow at a later date in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville, Pennsylvania.
