Mildred Kotulsky, age 96, of North Versailles, died June 5, 2022, at Juniper Village of Forest Hills. Born June 19, 1925, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Pearl (Kumko) Sowa, and the wife of the late Phillip C. Kotulsky.

Mildred was a dedicated mother and wife. She was a member of Holy Family Polish National Catholic Church, where she enjoyed singing in the choir. Mildred was a great cook and loved baking for her family and holiday events. She was also an avid gardener.

Mildred is survived by her children, Charles P. and the late Beverlee Kotulsky of McKeesport, Joseph E. (Joan) Kotulsky of West Mifflin, and Barbara J. and the late Raymond Kostovny of Irwin; grandchildren, Kristi S. (William) Scalise of North Huntingdon, Kimberlee A. (Keith) Duval of Liberty Boro, Joy L. Kotulsky of West Mifflin, Justin J. (Elizabeth) Kotulsky of West Mifflin, Dana M. (Jeff) Morris of Canton, OH, and Nicholas P. (Rebecca Kent) Holly Ridge, NC; great-grandchildren, Kailee, Kassidee, Anthony, Kourtnee, Katelyn, Kara, Jade, Jathan, Joel, Jaxson, Ryder, and Olivia; also many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband and parents, Mildred was also preceded in death by her siblings, Josephine Kmetz, Raymond, Walter, Michael, and Helen Procup.
Family and friends will be received at Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory on Thursday, June 9, 2022, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral Prayers will begin on Friday at 9:30 a.m., in the funeral home chapel. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated, at 10 a.m., at Holy Family Polish National Catholic Church. Committal prayers and burial will follow in Holy Family Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Holy Family Polish National Catholic Church, 1921 Eden Park Blvd., McKeesport, PA 15132.
