Jeffrey Lyn Spishock, 65, of Boston, lost his courageous fight with cancer on Thursday, April 14, 2022 at home surrounded by his family. He was born November 2, 1956 in McKeesport and was the son of the late Stephen "Steve" and Mary Elizabeth (Capner) Spishock. Jeff worked for Comptec in Irwin. He was a 1974 graduate of Elizabeth Forward High School. He loved traveling, sports and music. An avid Fantasy Football Player "The Outlaw" was a twelve time Jagoff League Champion. An independent man, Jeff walked his path of life with courage, and compassion.

He is survived by his sisters, Debra Spishock of Swissvale and Darla (Robert) Lynn of White Oak, brother, Scott A. (Dottie) Spishock of Greenock, uncle, Dan Capner of Elizabeth Township, nieces, Ashlee (Nate) Lynn, Lindsay (Cody) Griffin and Brianna Spishock, and nephew, Brice Lynn, and his cherished cats, Shady and GG. He was preceded in death by his brother Stephen Richard Spishock and his beloved cat, Mookie. There is no visitation. A Memorial Service will be held Friday April 22, 2022 at 12 pm noon in the chapel of the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township.
