Vivian M. Hresko, age 94, of Port Vue, died February 10, 2022, at home.  Born May 3, 1927, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Marie (Duyava) Scott and wife of the late Robert R. Hresko. 

At the age of eighteen, Vivian began working as a secretary for U.S. Steel.  She would then work for Equibank and then in the main office for Shop N Save.  She was a member of the former St. Joseph Church, now Saints Joachim and Anne Parish, Glassport Senior Citizens, and Port Vue Senior Citizens.  Vivian loved to travel, visiting many countries throughout Europe and going on seven cruises.  She traveled so much that she became known as a tour guide to relatives and friends.  

Vivian is survived by children, Robert R. (Maureen) Hresko, Kenneth J. (Kris) Hresko, Janice (William Bosway) Null; grandchildren, Melissa (Eric Wilson) Hresko, Robert M. Hresko, Katie (Patrick) Murtagh, and Karly Hresko; great-grandchildren, Hanna, Noah, Angelina, Emma, Connor, Justice, Faith, and Matthew.

In addition to her husband and parents, Vivian was also preceded in death by siblings, Russell Scott and Lois Thurman.

Family and friends will be received at Willig Funeral Home & Crematory on Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.  A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. at St. Eugene Church. Committal prayers and burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery of Port Vue.
