Eleanor Elizabeth "Betty" Cwiek, age 91, of McKeesport, died November 10, 2021, at home.  Born December 11, 1929, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Martin Cwiek and Anna Zebrowski.
Betty received her Bachelor's Degree from Seton Hill University and then Duke University for her internship.  She was a registered dietitian and head dietitian at Divine Providence Hospital.  At the hospital, she always enjoyed her interactions with the Steelers players who were there for treatment.

She was known and cherished as "Aunt Betty" to friends and family. Her generosity, caring, and love touched everyone around her. She was a role model and mother figure to nieces, grand-nieces, nephews, and friends. Our beloved Aunt Betty will be missed but certainly not forgotten as she is now truly a guardian angel to those she held dear. The lives she touched in her 91 years with us are immeasurable, as are the lives she will continue to watch over from Heaven. Aunt Betty's guidance, wisdom, character, and love will remain in our hearts and continue as our memories of her are reminisced upon and shared with generations to come. May Aunt Betty's heavenly soul shine as bright as her earthly presence.
Betty is survived by nieces, Doreen Meis and Dawn (James) McGee; great-nephews, Drew McGee and Nick McGee; great-nieces, Katie Meis and Courtney Gorman and the lights of her life, Samantha MacFarlane and Cameron MacFarlane; great-great-nephews, Mason Gorman and Jackson McGee; cousins, Kathleen Perkovich, Michael Perkovich, and Donna Inglot; best friend for over 40 years, Regina Reinersmann.  She was also preceded in death by a nephew, Jerry Tirpak; sister, JoAnn Cwiek-Acheson; brother-in-law, Donald "Ach" Acheson; sister, Helen Tirpik; nephew, Timmy Tirpak.
Family and friends will be received at Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory on Friday from 2-5 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday at 10 a.m. at Corpus Christi Church.  Burial will follow at St. Mary Polish Cemetery.
