Gloria Stukus, age 76, of McKeesport, died on Wednesday, October 20, 2021. She was born in McKeesport on December 6, 1944 and is the daughter of the late Alex and Irene M. Rudick Mathews. Gloria was the proprietor of the TLC Salon in Olympia Shopping Center for approximately 20 years. She had previously been employed with the City of McKeesport and Allegheny County.

She is survived by her loving husband, Robert Stukus; stepchildren, Jeffrey (Nancy) Stukus of Level Green; Randolph Stukus of Cuyahoga Falls, OH; Daniel (Trish) Stukus of North Huntingdon; Dr. David (Dr. Kristin) Stukus of Columbus, OH; Laura (Michael) Hodes of Pittsburgh; 8 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild.

Thank you to all of Gloria’s family and friends for the wonderful care. Special thanks to caretakers Deb Wysni and Billie Jean Bartifay.

Family and friends are welcome to gather on Friday, October 22, 2021 at Strifflers of White Oak Cremation and Mortuary Services, 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor, 412 678 6177) from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at Mary, Mother of God Parish, Saint Patrick Roman Catholic Church, 312 32nd Street, McKeesport, PA 15132, at 10:00 a.m. Inurnment will follow.

The family and our team members appreciate that all visitors follow appropriate guidelines of social distancing and wearing of masks if not fully vaccinated. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding. The family also wants everyone to know that they completely understand if anyone is not comfortable with visiting and paying their respects during this time.
