David W. Dayton, age 57 of Dravosburg and formerly of Brentwood and Clairton, passed away on Saturday, August 14, 2021 in his home.  Born July 29, 1964 in Pittsburgh, he was a son of the late James (Mary O’Leary) Dayton and Barbara Lyon.  He received a bachelor’s degree from California University of Pennsylvania and worked as a server at Pizza Hut in Brentwood.  David is survived by his companion of 30 years, Frances Logue of Clairton; his stepchildren Elizabeth (Cliff) Warner of Elizabeth Twp and Natalie Logue of Monongahela and their children Mia, Olivia, Dominic, Ava, Jake, Nathan, and Lily; his great-grandson Darius; his brother Stephen (Lori) Dayton of Baldwin; his sister Linda Dayton of Clairton; and nephew and niece Connor and Sarah.  In addition to his parents, David was preceded in death by his stepson Lester Logue. 

Friends will be received in the A.J. Bekavac Funeral Home, 555 5th. St., Clairton, PA 15025 (412-233-5700) on Tuesday, August 17, 2021 from 2 PM to 4 PM and 6 PM to 8 PM.  A Blessing will take place in the funeral home on Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at 11 AM with Deacon Dale DiSanto officiating.  Procession and burial will follow in Jefferson Memorial Park, Pleasant Hills.  www.bekavacfuneralhome.com
